This is a beautiful Park that you can take your kids to, also walk dogs. There's a school right next door to it. There's basketball Court. There's a baseball field. Places to lock up your bike or what ever. The whole place is really neat and clean. It's well taken care of. There are plenty of places to park your car right in the area. There are plenty of seats and benches. For the Pokemon players there's three gyms there a bunch of pokestops. There are actually a lot of Pokemon that spawn there. I wish I could stay there all day that's how beautiful it is. I am for sure going to go back there though. Also if you could please like my stuff and follow me. I am trying to earn stuff and I need people to do this to earn it from Google. Thank you and I hope you enjoy the park.

It's a beautiful little secret. There's nothing particularly unique about it. It has trees and grass, a baseball field and paths. It's somewhat small and has a large sloped area at the back that leads to railroad tracks. Not a lot of people come to this park. Today I went for a half hour and I was the only person in the park most of the time. A couple folks walked through with dogs, but that was all. It is November 10th, so it's a bit cool and cloudy. Still, the fact that it's small and less frequented than places like Peninsular park makes it perfect in it's own way.

This was a nice park and had a really nice playground but I gave it 4 Starz because there was a bunch of kids that were cussing and their parents were sitting nearby. It was clear that they probably learned it from their parents. The kids were ranging in age from 6 to about 10 and there was about seven of them. They were being very vulgar and instead of confronting anybody we chose to leave. We may give it another shot and check it out again some other time but dealing with that definitely ruined the fun 🙁

First off, it's is an amazing park, lots of trails, and the lake is beautiful! The camp host on the tent side was absolutely horrible. At ten pm it is "quiet time". Keep in mind, we were camping with my one year old daughter who wakes up at any noise and she was sleeping in the tent, at 10 we had a camp fire and were just sitting outside playing cards, the camp host was next to us unfortunately he came to our site at 10:30 and said we had to go to bed because it was past the "quiet time". We weren't being loud at all due to the fact that my one year old was already asleep. Okay fine so we go to bed. The next night same thing I had just gotten my daughter to sleep and we were having a conversation around the fire, talking only and still not loud enough to wake up my sleeping baby right next to us! Again, the camp host comes over only this time telling us we could not keep talking and threatened to call the park ranger on us!!!! I had rented the campsite for three days and seriously considered just leaving on the second day due to being harrased at night. We couldn't even let our kids make smores while talking around the fire for being "too loud" the most frustrating part about it was that we were the only ones who got in trouble because my parents had an rv spot and when we would walk the road between both sites and you could hear everyone talking amongst themselves around a campfire and you could hear them from the road. Very frustrating. We have been here two years in a row spending hundreds of dollars between my parents and my reservations and we will not be coming back. We had to talk so quiet my dad couldn't even hear because he had hearing aids. What is camping if you can't even sit and talk around a campfire anymore???!!!!!?????...

I loved this playground for our 2.5 year old toddler on weekday mornings. Great playground equipment, never very busy. We were visiting from out of town, and staying nearby.

However, on a sunny Sunday morning a group of baseball players were batting and a man approached us saying that a ball might be hit into the playground area where our young child is playing. I couldn't believe my ears. If they know this is a safety hazard, they should tell the man who hits home runs not to hit the ball super hard. A ball that big flying into a playground could be potentially fatal for a little one.

We also all agreed Portland Parks should not have put a playground that close to the outfield, or they should build a taller fence.

So, learning about these new safety hazards has really changed my mind about this playground.

Also parents, be aware there are many off-leash dogs and a group of homeless people living in tents under a...
