Holly gave me the best customer service I've received in a very long time. Normally I don't brag about customer service, but she went above and beyond. I work in the construction world and just showed up with a decent sized order, I needed 6 pizzas on the fly. She asked if I'd like them fresh or wanted the ones in the hot ready case, which would've been fine. She went ahead and made them fresh anyways, and it didn't take her long. Total time in the store was about 15 minutes. She also chatted with me while I waited and didn't just let me feel like a nobody. She told me it was only her and her other coworker was running late. In that time, she also helped other customers that came in to pick up their orders. I was taken away by her multitasking and attitude that you normally don't find at food establishments anymore. From now on anytime I need pizza for my guys, I'll be stopping by this store because of Holly. You have a great employee on your hand Little Caesars, I hope...
Read moreWalk in order the employee asked may he help me I wasn't sure what to get. He offered no specials or promotions. So I just said I'll take a large pepperoni pizza, thinking that's the least expensive thing so he rings me up charges me $8.78 tells me 10 minutes. As I'm waiting I noticed the posters for promo. I could have gotten a large pepperoni Pretzel crust pizza for $6.99 so I felt cheated and unappreciated as a customer. Customer service is a dying skill. I worked at little Caesars for 3 years in the 90s if we treated customers the way they are treated now days would have been fired. Restaurant seems to accept sub par employees just to have a warm body behind the counter. Also as I was waiting, a obvious homeless guy comes in with his cash in hand to order a pizza. The employee basically ignored the guy for 5 minutes like his money isn't green. Poor additude sorry employees. Hope they don't ever end up homeless,...
Read moreTerrible. Terrible. Terrible. I waited forever through an annoyingly long line to find out one of their hot and ready items aren't hot and ready after 8pm. So I leave and come back they next day at 5pm the apathetic girl told me that they don't have it hot and ready. I was frustrated because I called three times and no one answered. I was told they had them hot and ready before 8pm and is the only reason I went there. I was exhausted from a thirteen hour day. I ordered anyways and waited. They didn't give me my sauce. The crazy bread was the dry, disgusting and inedible. The pizza was awful. I took a few bites and debated finding a homeless person to give it to, but didn't want to go to Hell for feeding them crap, so I threw it away. Spend a lil extra and go somewhere else or by frozen pizza which is...
