I recently had the pleasure of visiting Park the Carts, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the vibrant atmosphere filled with the tantalizing aromas of various cuisines wafting through the air. The setup is fantastic, with a diverse range of food carts offering everything from gourmet tacos to mouthwatering vegan options, ensuring there's something for everyone.
What I appreciated most was the variety. Each cart has its own unique flair and specialty, making it the perfect spot to explore different flavors in one location. I decided to try a couple of dishes – the grilled shrimp tacos were bursting with flavor, accompanied by a zesty salsa that added the perfect kick. For dessert, I couldn't resist the artisanal ice cream from the next cart over, which was simply divine!
The ambiance was lively and inviting, with plenty of seating options to relax and enjoy your meal. I loved that it felt like a community hub where people of all ages gathered to indulge in great food and share good times. The staff at each cart were friendly and enthusiastic, clearly passionate about what they do, which added to the overall positive experience.
If you're looking for a casual yet delicious dining experience, I highly recommend checking out Park the Carts. Whether you're a local or just visiting, this food cart haven is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and try more of...
Read moreWe love cart pods, everyone can have what they want all in one place and "Park the Carts" is one of the best so far. BBQ, Korean, burgers, Indian, Greek, taco's, Italian and much more...even a DESSERT CART, my favorite. Of course they have beer and wine but we arrived a bit early so not serving yet....bummer. I went with Pinto Thai's pineapple fried rice with chicken. Was so amazing, this is one of my favs but it is so hard to find places that do it right. Well Pinto Thai nailed it, tons of chicken, lots of pineapple and cashews. Simple but nummy. Also had Thai ice tea, another favorite that's better than coffee for a wake me up. Parking a bit tricky, easier to park on the street past the pods or across the street. Parking lot is small and shared but does have one handicapped spot. We will definitely try again as lots of offerings depending on...
Read moreI met the owners of "Park the Carts". The wife talked how she lies to possibly renters about how the sales are at the park to get them to sign a contract to lease a spot from them. They think it's funny how people fall for their lies. Husband also lies to the people there. I personally do not think this is funny. You should not lie to people because you want their money. I also talked to a couple of food cart owners at the location. They all know the owners lie to everyone. That's why some people have moved away from there. I don't think business should be done this way. I bought something to eat from one of the carts. I wish the cart...
