As you you approach the museum there is a giant wooden Bigfoot who has poor posture and looks slightly sad, lonely and depressed which makes total sense because Big Foot has no friends and has never spoken to anyone and is in a never ending game of hide and go seek which never ends. Can you imagine that kind of lonely? I could shed a tear just thinking about it. When we entered the museum we were greeted by Loren Coleman the owner and cryptic-zoological expert. Who looks like a mad scientist with a beard. However, Loren is no mad scientist he is a very bright man who really knows his stuff. Although not a huge museum it has over 10,000 items on display. Some of the items include the highly elusive Fur-Bearing trout which looks like a trout with hair glued on it but don't be fooled it is mounted on piece of wood which says Fur-Bearing Trout proving it's authenticity. Just a few feet away you can see a mermaid which is fascinating. It is tiny and ugly unlike the hot fake ones in the movies. I mean how ridiculous are the ones in the movies with blonde hair and perfect breasts. Think about it if lived in the water your hair would always be a mess and your breasts would be misshapen which this one had. The merman picture is also tiny and ugly with bad hair, coincidence, I think not. This is only the tip of the Iceberg. When you go upstairs you will find Baby Bigfoot which is awesome because he has hair all over his body except on his little doll torso because everybody knows you have grow up to get hair on your chest. Also upstairs is there is Wee Folk Display which I loved! It display's very tiny cryptoids, which was awesome, but I just wish it was bigger. At the end of the Hallway you can see Santa Claus's family tree, Can you say mind blown!! On this family tree in black print you can find Santa between Big Foot and Satan.. Which again makes total sense because like Big foot Santa is highly elusive and like the devil he can make something beautiful like the birth of Jesus and make all about money, greed and presents. Lastly, at the end of the hall is a life sized hairy Big Foot who I wanted to hug and say "it's okay buddy hang in their" but their was a rope and sign that said don't touch. And then it hit me like teenage mutant turtle (also in museum) kick to the head So close yet so far... just like Big Foot, well played Loren,...
