You need to go here while at Bissell Brothers!!! This place is a gem. We intended to at best stop in for a single drink but stayed for 3 hrs. Kai is the owner and we had the experience to have him as our bartender. He has a long pedigree with cocktails and I’m not a typical cocktail lover but these were amazing and he alsohas them on tap so they do not need to be made ad hoc and they are made each day fresh and are crazy delicious. I have never experienced this business model before. He makes his own Campari and other liqueurs from scratch. This motherfucker juices his own ginger! Anyone in your crew that doesn’t like beer should absolutely go here and it’s attached to the new Bissell Brothers bar. I’ve honestly never had better cocktails and typically I only do martinis and Manhattans because I don’t love cocktails. We will make this part of all of our Bissell Brothers endeavors going forward. This was a very unexpected and very fun visit as we did not know this business existed. And no, I am not a relative, this is a completely unbiased review that you might vet from my other reviews. Our bartender and the owner Kai was absolutely incredible. Beyond his amazing hospitality and friendly attitude we loved learning about his passion for cocktail making, from creating his own recipes to kegging so many of his unique concoctions.

His cocktails were truly outstanding and I cannot stress enough that more places should offer cocktails on tap like this. It makes it so easy and fun for guests to try different things. They even have cocktail flights which are such a great idea and perfectly done.

The space itself is very cool with a welcoming vibe and great atmosphere. It is also kid friendly and can host private parties. If the brewery next door Bissell Brothers gets too busy or loud this is the perfect alternative!! (That was the case for us last night.)

We were so glad we stopped by here instead of the madness next door. Highly recommend if you are looking for high quality cocktails made with real creativity and love. A wonderful place to catch up with friends or enjoy a perfect date night like we did! Can't...

🌟 This place is a fantastic addition to Portland’s food and beverage scene. Kai was an exceptional host, skillfully guiding us through the menu and explaining the chemistry behind each drink. 🍹 The cocktails are made daily with fresh ingredients and served on tap for an extra burst of effervescence. 🥂 At just $10 a drink, it’s the best deal in town. 💸

As a proud Pole 🇵🇱, I have to say the pierogis were phenomenal—especially the onion, bacon, and cabbage varieties. We could have easily devoured three orders! 🥟😋 The decor is delightfully kitschy, with moose tracks and vintage camping posters giving it a charmingly Maine vibe. 🦌🏕️
