If I could post a 0 I would. Went in on a Monday, 3 weeks ago, ask for a dryer. Sales man didn’t even know the dryer on the sales floor was a dryer. Once he realized it he offered to bring it to me on at Friday. Received a call that it wouldn’t be delivered till Monday. I was ok with that. Dryer was delivered on Monday and it didn’t work. The to gentlemen that brought it in never turned it on to see that it work. Dropped it and left. When I attempted to dry my close 20 minutes after they left there was no heat in the brand new dryer. I called immediately, same day, promising me I would have one to replace it on Monday. Monday I get a call that they have no dryers and they have no idea when they are getting it in. When they came to pick up my dryer they told me that I would know Tuesday the following day when they would have one to be delivered. It has been a week and half. No word. They still have my money. When I called them this morning 9 days after they took the dryer. Oh we were told you did want one. The salesman never called and asked. Never followed. Never will I do business with rent a center. They don’t know what customer services for the price you pay for the product and they tend to keep your money for no business or service. Horrible company. If you want to feel better about paying a crazy dollar amount for the pos furniture they sell, do like I do and pay in pennies. Remember, it's still legal tender, so count your pennies and bring em in one big bag. Don't let them tell you to roll them. It's not your job. Also, they do send people over your house, so I suggest getting a very large dog or putting a restraining order on them so they can no longer do that. It’s the best rental experience I’ve ever had the manager Lee and a customer service agent named Bruce are the most flexible and understanding people that I’ve ever met in this type of business they’ve helped me multiple weeks where I haven’t been able to afford the payment due to unexpected Circumstances, all I had to do was call and explain and they literally waived the payments for those weeks.
