I've been coming here for years and have gotten many massages, a facial once, and the sauna once.

The massages have all been great and are priced very reasonably. I have had some that really helped my back and leg pain especially.

The facial I got was on a whim and it was fine. Honestly, I don't have any skin problems to address, so it was just a relaxing experience.

The sauna is a mixed bag. The facilities are very clean and everything feels quite premium. The products for the foot soak and face mask feel nice. However the sauna itself, they use a LOT of essential oils in the actual sauna room. To a point where it stings my eyes and I can taste it with every breath. I found it very difficult to be in there longer than 5 minute intervals because of how intense the essential oils were in the air, and frankly I won't be using the sauna again unless I find out they have stopped doing this, or have drastically lowered the amount they use. My eyes stung for hours after using their sauna, and I have never had that experience elsewhere (This is the only sauna I have been to that does this)

Anyway. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place for massages. But I would reccommend somewhere else for the sauna experience, unless you want to feel like someone is spraying perfume directly into your retinas and mouth while you're...

Heard great things about Autumn so I checked out NE. It was ok, the robe a little dingy, and the area a little used. The massage was awesome. I left at closing, a little less than the hour after my massage as promised. But I was hungry so I didn’t care.

Upon leaving, a man started yelling at me from across the street at the gas station. Visibly high. Then a couple cornered me and told me they needed money to get home. They said I’d be fine if I handed them my cash. I was terrified. I gave them 20 dollars, all the cash I had, and ran to my car. Chill vibes GONE.

Loyly, there are so many cases about this sort of stuff. If I was advising you, I would suggest talking to lawyer on how to ameliorate your liability in such situations. Considering the propensity of crimes in this area, your business’s clientele and the lack of safety for clients entering/exiting your business you can be held liable.

I love this place. I always feel rejuvenated after a facial/massage and hanging out in the sauna area. I’ve been on both men/women days and women only. I recommend the women only because I felt more relaxed. Men/women day was fine, men were in couples I just personally prefer the mellow vibes on women’s days. If you want to pamper yourself come to loyly. You will not regret it. Love everything about this place. There are add ons too if you decided you want to pamper yourself more. Water is available and some tea for an additional cost. They give you robes, towels, a cup, a locker and flip flops for your use in the sauna. The membership is a great deal if you need some self love. Other than that prices can be a bit high but there is specials and cheaper options to get a taste of what loyly has to offer....
