😆 The truth of the matter is, you and 2 others came out to check " if I got your rude taped message on my crappie little car. Then you attempted to walk up to my driver side, and I asked if you put it the message on my window? You were too much of a coward to admit that you did. But still " denied it," then I asked your 2 other friends if they did. They were " silent," so I gave you the taped message back, and you got ANGRY 😆 after, I decided to exit your "empty" car lot. You jumped in front of my car, like a mad man then I told you, I'm being the bigger man and walking away, I deescalated the problem, while you persisted to to be near my driver side window while my window was down. I told you to get away from my car, because at this point there is one of me and 3 of you. When "I said this," you thought it was a good idea to " hawk tuah" on my crappie little car with family and child in it. I left and said ill make sure to leave 5 stars 😆 😆 and you gave me the middle finger 😆 Also, you knew i parked there with a" child," and i was there for 2 hours "before" the altercation you created, and you STILL left a rude message on my car? What a professional business owner following professional standards.You wanted to get into a physical FIGHT instead of actually handling it like a "Pro sound owner" and tow my car. You do have cameras and can you edit the video? You should post it, so your customers can see when you were in front of my car and creating the problem. I had a wonderful experience with Pro Sound. My wife and I put on a combined 50th birthday party for ourselves and had a band from Astoria come out and play. The band gave me a really brief list of the equipment they would need to put on the outdoor show. With that six item list (and having absolutely no clue what I was doing) I went in and spoke with the guys at Pro Sound. The sales rep I spoke with was a musician himself and had some suggested changes to the list that he wanted me to run by the band (the band concurred with all of them). He also filled in all of the gaps in the short list (e.g. all the cables needed to connect everything). He also had some suggested additional equipment items that the band hadn't specified (e.g. DI boxes - which the band ended up having to use).

As for the results? Perfect. I've seen Holiday Friends at the Doug Fir, Mississippi Studios, and Crystal Ballroom. But I've never heard them sound as good as they did in our backyard. Everything set up without a hitch. One note to customers new to Pro Sound: they test all of the equipment before and after the rental. This means that if you show up before the specified time to pick the stuff up, you might end up cooling your heels for a bit. It also means that drop off isn't the quickest process (especially on a Monday morning). However, the process is well worth it. It would totally suck to bring home a big PA set up for a party only to discover that you had a blown speaker.

Ultimately, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The quality of the service and equipment was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. It almost makes me want to have annual shows in...

My company has some sound equipt we've been using for about 20 years or so for our business seminars. At our July session, smoke and sparks started coming out of our sound board! Hmmmm. Time to re-think this. Someone suggested Pro Sound to me.

She has patiently and clearly (because I'm a like second-grader at this stuff) walked me through what we have and what we need for the future. Rather than arrogantly tolerating my stupid questions and interacting with me and the questions as an irritation, or diminishing me for my lack of knowledge, she's given me education. Now rather than being clueless and intimidated in making decisions about this stuff, I have some clarity about what's important and what we need now, and for the future. SO very valuable. I'm no longer worried or doubtful about this stuff and I am getting what I want.
