Not happy with this location. I have gone to super cuts for years. The location I went to closed due to the pandemic, and my wife told me to check this one out since my son gets his hair cut hear. I get there before my appointment and had to wait which I am ok with I am used to it and have no problem waiting. I get this new person and I knew he was new and instead of waiting I figure I would take a chance to help them get experience and confidence since my hair cut was a simple hair cut. 2 hours later and they are still working on me. My hair cut takes 15 mins at the most and they kept having trouble figuring it out. Not one, not two, but three people knew they were having trouble. Instead of stepping in and taking over they let them continue. Until the point I had to tell them Iām done and need to get out of here cause my hair was getting butchered. Now I just got off the phone with the manager and what pains me to say was they knew this person was messing up. They all saw and did nothing. That right there is not customer service. Setting up a new person to fail and to have it effect a customer who has been going to this company for years. I used to be proud to go to super cuts and give them great reviews and tips but after this location I will not be supporting them any further. I will not be bring my kids to see them, and I will not recommend this location. Customer service is important, you are dealing with a person and how they look. This location does not care. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wanted to share the absolutely horrible experience I had at Supercuts Hollywood District. On my birthday I booked a haircut with a wash so I could go to lunch with a sick relative after my haircut. Megan was not at all happy that I had accidentally double booked and made a point to say to me that she would be stuck there all day til 5 because āsomeoneā double booked. She had an attitude the entire time and was cold and withholding, meanwhile the other stylist, Kyle was warm and engaging with myself and his customers. Megan purposefully did a terrible job and at the end she yanked the hair cover off me so that every bit of my hair ended up in my lap and she did so with a big smile on her face. when I pointed out what she had blatantly done she blamed an air vent ten feet away. Again, all with a big smile on her face. She then motioned for me to go to the counter and pay. I told her she needed to clean all the hair off of me she just dumped on me. Reluctantly she half tried to clean me off with the blow dryer. I left covered in hair and had to skip my birthday plans to go home to shower because I was that covered in hair. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had Tani as my hairdresser. I had chosen her online thinking she was the Russian lady I had last time but she was not. This young girl was VERY spaced out. I would say something to her and she would answer like we were having a completely different conversation. She stared at me for the longest time after I explained what kind of cut I wanted, then did not answer when I would ask her questions. She giggled throughout the time of cutting my hair like she was listening to her own inner voices. At the end of the haircut she said she didnāt realize I had come in for a style and blow dry even though it was what I had put online. The haircut was pretty good though she needs to practice on cutting bangs. All and all it was the weirdest and rather uncomfortable haircut...
