Such an incredible experience. The set design was so incredible it’s been a while since I’ve seen such a good haunt setup. All the actors wore masks and the makeup artist incorporated the makeup with the mask which was really incredible. The clown walkthrough was one of the best setups I’ve ever seen! All of the workers who weren’t actors were so helpful and sweet and they did such a good job. The actors were INCREDIBLE. Not only were they scary and dedicated to their role, but they were also so kind and understanding when I had to tell them to lay off a couple times due to a situation I was dealing with. Not only did both of the actors in the room come to me and ask if my group needed to leave, but they also made sure we knew where all of the exits were if we needed to head out. Both of them were so helpful and I was so impressed that not just one, but two separate actors came to address the situation for us. The clown at the front was also so fun and kind to us when we took a picture with him. Such a good experience and worth the money. I am so thankful to not only the actors but also all of the other behind the scenes people that did such an incredible job. Everyone was super friendly to me and had so much to offer. I will absolutely be coming back again this season. As a former haunt actor myself, I can whole heartedly say that every single person involved worked so hard and it really paid off. So much work went into this haunt and every single person involved made the experience so worthwhile for me. I saw a few bad reviews and just wanted to chime in and say that in my personal experience, I had an incredible time and I recommend people give...

I'm going to be completely honest. It's definitely not worth it and save your money. We went there on a Saturday and purchased the vip tickets for $40 each. Me 24 and my sister 16 years old. We've been to several haunted houses in Oregon over the past couple years. As your driving up to the location there is a lot of people, music is playing, a lot of noise, sounds like everyone is having an amazing time, and a couple of cops in the front. Everything seems like it's gonna be a good haunted house. As soon as you get to the entrance, the line is really long (not worth waiting for hrs) and not much going on outside to distract you from the SUPER long line. We decided to get vip tickets and skip the line (not worth spending the extra $15 per ticket). Although i would be a lot more disappointed if i would of waited hrs in line to get in instead of spending the extra money. Just as expected, while your walking inside the houses it's VERY VERY CROWDED, people in front of you and people behind you, we encountered about 20 actors that actually were working, all the other "Monsters" were mechanical, most of the actors had very simple make-up (not good at all), the fog smoke in one of the rooms actually got me dizzy (not good), and most of the effects were very simple (not scary). More like a museum and my little sister usually screams when she gets scared, she did not even scream once! We will definitely never go again. Don't waste your money. Unless your under 10 years old or you are scared of SpongeBob. There was one in a room, not sure why. Spend your money on something you won't regret spending it on, it definitely...

This place stinks, I paid for VIP entrance for 7 people, entrance to purgatory, and entrance to the escape room for 7 people. Instead of sending me through the VIP line, the attendant was too busy flirting around, so made us stay in the general attendance line. After we they realized their mistake after we finally got up in the booth, they said we will give you a free photo ($15 value). I paid $20 extra for each of the seven people. When I told them that is not okay, they said what you are you waiting here for, and to leave. After I said that is not okay, they said they would call security to kick us out, when we were being totally polite, despite them not paying attention to their job. After they messed up, they refused to give a refund for the portion of their error (for VIP) entrance, and to have security kick us out (a family of seven people, which include two seniors, and a minor). This place really stinks now, I have come here for the last four or five years straight, but never coming here again because of what happened this time. I told the lady, we are not getting what we paid for, and if you are not going to refund us, I will let our credit card company know that you charged us for a service you did not provide. She laughed and said that she had already scanned the ticket, so it shows as being used and they won’t know if we got VIP entrance or not. Really,...

Update: I went here for the second year in a row and it was night and day from last time. I’m so disappointed because I talked it up to all of my friends. It was oversold, lines were insane, and very crowded. I got one good scare, otherwise it was just a bunch of animatronics. They also put lines in between the rooms DURING the haunted house this year. It ruined the entire experience. I loved my time last year but unfortunately I will not be coming back. Save your $35+ dollars….. bummed! 2022- The scariest haunted house I’ve ever been to. My friend and I almost had to chicken out. Actors are amazing!! It’s like one long never ending nightmare. It’s about 30 minutes to walk through it. The only thing that was bothersome was a couple obstacles on the floor in the dark rooms that were dangerous. My friend cut open her knee on one. But small price to pay for an insane experience. 10/10…. Besides the metal box that was in my way on the floor…..
