The Peep Hole — Attraction in Portland

Caution: this store has no qualms about calling you out without warning in front of everyone. If you need discretion I’d avoid this place. Wonder why this store has such a low rating? There have already complaints on the “large female” who’s name is India and rude unhelpful employees. I’ve been going here for 3 years. Personally I’ve never had a really bad experience until last week when I stopped by and got some $1s to use in the video booths. I already spent $4 in the booths when I was approached by India in the middle of the store as other guys were walking back and forth watching the interaction. She started threatening to ban me because I didn’t put money into the last booth I stepped into for 1 minute. She was in no way nice about it. I was appalled by the treatment and asked for the owners name and she refused and told me to take a business card.

I reached out to the owner and gave detail about my experience and he immediately wrote back and said he’d look into it. The next day he wrote again and said that after reviewing video and speaking to India that he felt she handled the situation well, discreetly and privately. He said he would have handled it similarly and that he hoped his response cleared up things for me.

Most of the guys that go here are discreet, bi married guys like me. BE AWARE, they make no bones about calling you out in front of everyone to make an example of you for no real reason and without warning.You’ll get no support from the owner even when his employee could have handled things so...

Pathetic for couples. We thought we found a great spot, until one security guard decided to power tripping and 86 us for nothing.... because of our attitude? She tried to open our arcade door(I understand people try to open it but it was her) we had paid and our light showed that.... she was the only one out there and tried to apologize but I mentioned we are paying customers and she didn't have to do that. Tried to come back and she was a power tripping fool.... wouldn't have a conversation, just said my and my wife's pictures would be plastered everywhere. Good location, easy to get to as I'm passing through Portland. Been there 3 or 4 times, and the staff has always been polite to me. They've answered all my questions about various Toys and even pointed me the right direction to find a couple DVDS I was looking for without 'yucking my yum'. Sure, perhaps they weren't all Pollyanna smiles and bouncy bouncy about it, but they were polite and respectful. Not 100% certain I would be at my best at 3am either, lol.
