Toast, Inc. — Attraction in Portland

I have owned and LOVED several different Toast covers (in both wood veneer and leather) for several different iPhones since Toast started up in 2012. I've also had my iPad mini, MacBook, and now my Amazon Echo toasted! I am rocking some of their gorgeous leather-sheathed pint glasses too and have given several of them as gifts. Toast is the kind of company that you want to keep going back to!

I've ordered several customized covers with custom text and wooden marquetry inlay pieces that get major compliments all the time. I have seen a lot of other wood and fake wood tech/gift products on the market, but there's simply nothing else that even compares to the quality and attention to detail of Toast! The craftsmanship is absolutely incredible and the customer service folks are helpful and amiable. I have had a toast cover on my iphone for over 7 years now (3 phones) and have never had my phone screen crack or any other sort of dropping related damage. The case lasts as long, if not longer than your average iPhone. Somehow, I always end up going to their office/facilities to get my case and everybody who works there has been so kind and patient when I come in. I moved away from Portland since I first started using their cases and am only in town around the holidays and one year they didn’t have the specific design that I wanted so I had to come by a couple days later to pick it up. I was running late and arrived to their office as they were sitting down for their staff holiday meal. When I realized this I turned around to leave, but one of the staff saw me through the window and ran out to bring me my case. DO NOT BUY from this company!!! The customer service is horrible! If you want to be treated like a customer go somewhere else. I purchased a customized cover, I asked for a font and was told it was not available and then I’m sent multiple fonts with mine as one of the ones to choose from, crickets . Then I was told an additional piece I ordered was actually not available on my model, even though I was able to order it through the website; so I told them send the bottom cover instead ; arrives a completely different color. I understand natural would but when one piece is dark brown and the other is light beige that’s insanity. Had to send the bottom back, I paid shipping, and options are restock fee for return or pay shipping again. The worst customer service in my 35 years.
