Submitted online app to turn the power on to the new home. The power was turned on. I get a call a few days later threatening to turn my power off because they don’t have any information on me. I submitted another application. Then a man shows up at my door to turn off my power because I don’t have any information in the system for the home. I go to the office, finally get it sorted out and they said they’re going to charge me a $40 fee. I said you don’t have to send anybody out it’s already on but they’re going to charge me anyway. Read moreAll I have to say is that this company will try to milk you dry of your hard earned money. They care nothing about the customers. Be sure to submit all payments in person or through mail. Online, they can lie and get an extra $20 out of you. If you insist on paying online, Bill pay through your bank is the best way to go. Otherwise there is no way to prove your case.
