Blue Iguana Bar And Grill — Restaurant in Prattville

If I’m being honest this place deserves no stars. The customer service is terrible, the way they handle situations is awful, the service at the bar is definitely terrible. There’s a lady name Dani that works behind the bar and she has the world’s nastiest attitude. I was waiting at the bar for over 30 minutes trying to order a drink instead Dani was playing around and act like she didn’t acknowledge me. I said “excuse me ma’am” and her response was “what”. I asked her what all white liquor do they have because some liquor sits under the counter. Her response was “Don’t worry about it” and walks away. So I tried to ask the other bar tender and Dani told the lady not to serve me and told security to kick me out the bar because she didn’t like me. The security’s guard didn’t try to know what happened on my end instead they rushed me out and shut the door in my face. I used to love going to this bar I stayed going every other weekend and every other Thursday. This place is not how it used to be the costumer service...

One of the most racist facilities I’ve ever been to. I simply walked out for one minute to find my friend who was the driver for the night at 1:20 after paying my money for entry and drinks , just to go back to door to ask to be escorted to find her to go home . Keep in mind , they do not close at 1:20 and I’m simply trying to help Them escort us all out . All of a sudden I am pushed to the ground by this white male security around the age of 25-30 with brown hair and a cap that was black/green/red I have a few scrapes. I guess they thought I was somebody regular but better believe buddy will see me for his actions because at not one point are you supposed to push a women to the ground as a male . What could I have possibly been going back in there for if the bar was closed and the Dj was packing up ? There were 15 people behind me and I thank each everyone one of you for defending me .This is not the end . They had been getting my business for years but...

My first time going to a bar/club it was quite fun, very loud though. I really enjoyed it. The band was pretty good but after about 2 or 3 hours of being there they started playing song that I didn’t know or had never even heard of. Super fun place. I went on a Saturday night and it wasn’t THAT crowded. The cigarette smell was VERY prominent. It was all good fun though! I recommend it for a fun night out! The reason I’m giving it a 4 star out of 5 was because of the song choices, no one in there really knew the songs (that were played later into the night) were by the end of the night but then again I’m sure everyone was too drunk...
