Harbor Freight — Local services in Prattville

My first time ever shopping at a Harbor Freight store. I thought I found a couple of good deals, especially with the coupons. The redhead that rang me up was in space that day, or something. I gave her my information, phone number, ect. to get on the email list and handed her the coupon. That is when she went on some rant about some sort of new Driver License that the state of Alabama would be requiring everyone to get and pay for, and that was all she kept going on about. She never got me email address and didn't ring all the coupons and it cost me around $15 on a $150 ticket. I interpreted her to ask if she got everything and she started on the next guy. Went for 1/2 socket, extention and breaker bar. Black girl at register had zero clue what any of that is (how she work there again?) The girl with glasses who responded could care less about helping, she rambled something and walked away. When I found the stuff I needed, sort of, Home Depot actually has individual sockets and extentions (unlike) HF and opposite of what the management said that you won't find of it separate anywhere. Not true. Anyway go to register and the black girl rings my stuff up and doesn't even put anything in a bag. I asked can i get a bag? Thankfully, she put it in a bag for me, with nothing but ALL the attitude she could muster and says nothing when I say thanks, almost like i was bothering her, almost like she works there or something and has to work, how dare me! I will say the store is much better maintained than Montgomery but however it is new so I hope it would be! I did not care for the way I was handled by the manager last night though. I was simply returning/ exchanging my 2nd air ratchet for the same reason as the 1st one and she couldn't locate where I purchased it and my reciept is so faded you cant make it out but who cares I know where I purchased it and if you want to keep me as a customer I suggest training on how to handle individuals with this issue! Also I would love it if harbor freight would carry more diesel mechanic tools cause men whom have 6 kids like I dont have the luxury of affording snap on or matco tools... would be even better if they offered a harbor freight credit card just an idea.. have...
