We attended Cafe Improv, on the 2nd floor, accessible via wide stairs or a large elevator. Lovely room, beautiful acoustics, friendly & helpful volunteers/staff, amazing performers, comfortable chairs, no strong fragrances. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Art hanging on the walls was interesting. They kindly offered corn chips and water as refreshments. Parking is available on street (a few dollars), or in two nearby multi-level garages. Looking forward to the TV airing on Tuesday! Will return!!

Beautiful museum centrally located downtown Princeton on Witherspoon adjacent to the historic Witherspoon-Jackson neighborhood. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable encouraging you to explore the area and learn the history. We attended the Martin L. King event and daughter-in-law attends weekly art classes there as well as mini day off full day workshops. I saw were also dance workshops but will explore more in the future.

Had another excellent experience with the Arts Council today, exhibiting my art during Sauce for the Goose! An amazingly run event, and fantastic foot traffic. It was good to see friends and meet new people! Thank you ACP team!

As regards the educational program experience, I found the administrators to be ineffective in communicating and complacent about the resulting confusion. I lost confidence in Princeton Arts Council management, and no longer take classes there.

ADDENDUM: I am still waiting for the Council to refund tuition in the amount of $240 for a course I withdrew from in March 2018. At that time, I was assured that I would receive my refund soon. As of this writing on May 20, I have yet to receive the refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company in April, and they contacted the Council on April 10. The Council never responded. I sent an email to Taneshia Laird, the Executive Director, one week ago and have not yet received the courtesy of a reply. Too bad a zero star rating is not possible, because the Arts Council of Princeton certainly deserves it for their failure to refund my tuition after...

This place is wonderful, with many events going on, a big variety of classes, beautiful building and many comfortable rooms filled with creativity :) . I attend their drawing and painting adult class tough by Charles Viera. They are doing a great job there, studio is nice with great lights, basic easels and simple supplies if you forgot yours. You have 2,5 hours class for beginner or 3 hours - advanced. Charles is a very good teacher, experienced master, kind, caring, attentive, with a good sense of humor. He really cares, his classes are timed and structured to some degree but you still have possibility to work at your pace, you are encouraged to be creative and open-minded, critic is very constructive and kind....
