PHENOMENAL GIFT WRAP SERVICE! I’m very bad at gift wrapping but I had a special gift wrap request that was hard to get done anywhere else. This is for a very special woman in my life and if I did it myself, it would’ve been a mess since I’m terrible at gift wrapping things.

From start to finish, the staff was super helpful, kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They were able to make wonderful suggestions definitely fit the occasion and specifically tailored for the person I love so much.

I often come to this store regardless of the high prices because it’s convenient and I can usually find a nice card or gift when needed. However I went in today to get a wedding card and I was charged more than the price on the card. When I asked about the discrepancy, the sales associate told me the price was marked wrong and the higher price was correct. Then instead of honoring the marked price she told me she could just return it instead. The card was already over $10 which I felt was a lot for the product. This felt like a poor business practice and made me feel less inclined to shop there...
