I wouldn't recommend them at all. I've had a pending case for over a year from an accident I had. They never call to get in touch with me and inform me about the process, and every time I call, they give me a different version. After a year, in one of the calls, they told me the insurance company offered $15,000 in the first offer, and then I called weeks later to find out more, and they told me the first offer was $1,500. In other words, they change their version, not to mention that I often call and they leave me on hold for a long time, or they promise to return my call, but they never do.
