Got reprimanded by one of the works for leaning on the dusplay case....I dont know if i was single out because others leaned on the display case right after and weren't reprimanded for it. I've been going to this place for 3 yrs and haven't seen someone be or have been reprimanded for this....I was so excited to get my product today, but this was a real mood killerš. Like Star wise, i want to give this store a 1 for TODAYS experience.
I understand that glass gets dirty, so dont try to attack me for my review. The big issue is that one person out of the many that ordered was called out for it. I know because i sat in the bakery and observed others ordering as i wrote this review. If you dont want your glass to get smudged (i was wearing a sweater), then put a notice up so that EVERYONE has/will need to follow it.
Edit 9/25 I went back in to get some soup, and one of the employees blatantly said in ear shot, "She back" to another employee. In that time frame, you were having a discussion about me with the other employee, you could have taken my order, and i would have been gone. Like, dont judge me for coming back into the store first off. Second, treat me the same as when i first came in. I've had it with this bakery and their rude workers. My mood is shot after...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed a corporate catering order and prepaid the day before for an 8:00am pickup. I arrived on time waited in line and was told my order wasn't ready but to give them 5 minutes. I waited 15 and then asked for an update on my order. Then a staff woman came and started yelling at me telling me to join the line. I calmly explained I was told to wait because my catering order was not ready. She proceeded to tell me half my order is not ready and won't be for a while so I need to wait. I explained I have to go so I would take whatever was ready and cancel the rest.The woman began speaking to me with such a bad attitude, interrupting me and telling me she isn't going back and forth. I explained I needed the order I pre-paid for and need to go. Terrible customer service by the woman who claims to be the owner. It was pretty unbelievable. They either really did not have a good experience, or they are extremely entitled people who think they could have it there way only because they do not want to follow new store regulations or because they are just rude in general. I believe it is extremely frustrating to employees having to deal with those types of customers, coming from someone who has worked in this industry. Second, if you want to place a cake order, store regulations have changed. DO NOT come in the store to place a special cake order (even if it is āsimpleā). You have to call the Admiral location and one of the employees will transfer you to a cake specialist and orders should be done one week in advance.
