Good water temperature, very beautiful views and tons of shade. The sand is very soft but not very clean and the water is not too deep near the shore. It’s great place to go with family and have a beach picnic. Both gates were closed but there is an entrance through a broken fence that everybody went in and out of. We didn’t see any food but we heard there was a plaza nearby including bars, restaurants & shopping stores. The benches are very rusty and broken but it looks like they’re working on the place because they got freshly painted murals representing Puerto Rico’s citizens and beach activities. Drive all the way to the parking lot to pay to enter it was $4 with an all-day parking. vehicle can leave and come back with the ticket that they give you. Visited on a weekend kinda packed.
