Enjoyed the good conversations we had with the locals and great hospitality. Wishing them the best to continue to prosper. They shuck the oysters right in front of us and had some lime and a variety of hot sauce selections.

What a delight on a scorching hot Sunday afternoon - fresh oysters with lemon and hot sauce and local medalla beers. We grabbed them to-go and have from the 19th floor ocean view balcony of our bnb. A must-visit kiosko in Luquillo! The owners are friendly, talkative and accept cash mostly.

2023 Sep 04: Very fresh oysters & clams. Had a dozen. Nothing fancy there but the guy Tito is friendly. In NJ, we get the same for $12 for a dozen but maybe not that fresh!!! Clams I didn't like that much, had one for $2. Not that tasty. For example, in Puerto Plata, DR roadside in Malecon, I got better tasting, smaller and only for 2 DR pesos (50 times cheaper). I didn't like the taste ...the offered fresh lime and two sauces (Green &...
