I love going there. So much interesting history explained on the large, easy to read plaque. It's obvious that the stone pyramid beside the plaque was built with Love. Well, please see photos (mine aren't very good). The Hi Jolly monument is not in a shaded area, so be careful of the sun. It is wheelchair accessible. I didn't see handicapped parking in the small parking lot, but the parking is within 15-20' from Hi Jolly, anyway. You'll find parking except during what we affectionately call 'The Season'. Then you just take a chance, I'm afraid. It's a wonderful tribute to the man and the camels. Signs on Main Street will point the way. Enjoy our little town...
