Anika very well may be the most welcoming human being which I have ever encountered throughout my 42 years of travels! FOR REAL! This girl (and/or superwoman, quite possibly a demigoddess) is absolutely the perfect embodiment of what customer service should look, feel, sound and be like, every time..

She ALWAYS greets me warmly and effortlessly guides my transaction Iike a bright, beaming, welcoming, beacon of blissful benevolence!!

Experiencing this type of refreshing authenticity makes such an impactful impression on the rest of my day in a very tangable way which directly affects my general overall vibe! Thank you for that Anika, for real..

THE STORE ITSELF:

At first glance the aesthetically pleasing storefront may appear to be just another simple building - but I love this joint more and more each time I pass - it truly has done a tremendous service to the rotary and the City of Quincy.

Somehow, the place jumps right off the curb - even though it's in a rotary - so technically there's no curb to jump to... The place has mad Rotary Appeal I suppose

Reading some of the complaints on here I gotta back these guys up since I stop in once every week or two and have seen all the different faces of the staff, honestly they all act professional and have good customer service skills no matter age or gender all of them are polite and easy to talk to and carry great customer service skills from the employee directing people in the parking lot, the check in window all the way through to the exit I've never had a poor experience. Their prices are no different from any other dispensary I've gone to before this location opened. Price complaints are really your own fault seeing you chose what you wanted off the large variety of choices they offer the customer and if anything is to be priced a little bit higher its due to convenience since they are the only local walk in dispensary in the area within a 15-20 minute drive to the next closest store similar to Encore casino being a bit more pricey due to being the only local casino to the area. Also, when I compare the product quality to some of the other local stores, Quincy poorest choice product is still better than the local competitors lowest quality products, they sell good quality products whether its low or highend I def prefer this store over the others for numerous reasons, they are doing everything right I'll...

Dropped it from 5 to 4 ⭐ only for a couple of reasons. First of all I said I wanted one 1g cart n only a 0.5 cart in my bag. Along with the rest of my purchase. I didn't have a way to go back. And there's no phone number to call, the one listed is busy or keeps ringing every time you call. I Don't drive. Disabled. No car so not many options. The bag is always sealed. but they did Give me a free batter ( $15) TY APPRECIATED it but it was $3 difference in price from my usual $29 to $33 is one difference but for HALF the QUANTITY? Lately ALOT OF THE CART LEAKS. AND YES I TRIED DIFFERENT BATTERIES & DIFFERENT CARTRIDGES & BRANDS. . I WAS UP AT 3:00 A.M. TOOK A HIT WOKE UP AT 10:30 & NOTHING WAS LEFT. I STORE IT IN THE BLACK CONTAINER IT CAME IN . AWAY FROM HEAT & HUMIDITY. BUT THE PROBLEM WAS EXPIRATION. I JUST NOTICED 3 MONTHS AWAY TO EXPIRATION! YOU SHOULD WARN CUSTOMERS OF THAT. BECAUSE IT'S NOT AS POTENT. AND YOU DON'T KNOW IF THEY'RE GIVING IT TO SOMEONE AND IT MIGHT NOT BE USED RT AWAY.
