I love this place! Good price for a good amount of food. My third time here and I love it!! I don't know if people who leave negative reviews go at an off time or what, but I always get what I paid for. Everything was cooked quickly and it was hot and fresh. I will say that I didn't ask for calamari in my fisherman's platter (since it isn't listed as part of it), but, I'm not complaining. Lol. It's delicious! Only wish I had more than three scallops, but it's really not that big a deal since they are large scallops, its just that i love scallops. Lol. I still had a lot of food. [EDIT: I posted before I finished eating. Lol. There were 6 scallops, so, disregard. 6 is definitely a fair amount. Lol.] Plenty of large clams with large bellies. The clam chowder bowl was delicious! Decent amount of clams, tender potatoes. I haven't tried the lobster rolls yet. I am always cautious with those because they seem easy to mess up some how. Maybe one day I will try one and see if they are worth it. Always seems like they are the targets for bad reviews. Lol. But, anyway, awesome food and fast service. The workers at the register always seem shy and quiet, but, thats fine. I'm more interested in the quality of food, plus I am a shy quiet person usually too.

Very disappointed! Would not recommend this eatery, especially to out of town visitors. We always read the reviews and we in turn give our honest opinion about our experience at restaurants. As consumers we rely on these reviews. Our first impression of this establishment did not match up with the posted reviews as a reliable source. It makes you wonder if some reviews came from relatives or friends of the business. To our dismay...our experience was displeasing. The customer service was awful...the young ladies managing the front while taking orders, just rang up orders. They did not write down what was ordered so in turn this would be communicated to the kitchen. We saw staff come out to ask customers who had ordered before us what their orders were...twice! On top of that, then they asked us?! I replied didn't you write it down? I do realize some young people really don't consider or know the way to provide great customer service all the time. Yet and still this appeared to be a family owned business. The restaurant could use some updating in the dining area. Just not what you would expect. We got our order as carryout..I will say this menu is overpriced for what we ordered. We purchased one single Lobster roll w/ fries and Buffalo chicken tenders. Got back to hotel...open the container ( picture attached of the Lobster roll). I thought this item was going to be hunk pieces of warm lobster in a sauce on a Hoagy bun. I said, "What is this?" It looked like some lobster dip on a single slice of bread, which was $16.99. The chicken tenders were dry and overcooked, which was $14.99. Be aware this may not be the place for you. This restaurant is lacking in qualities of customer service, presentation, price and taste. Don't waste your money or time!

We recently had the opportunity to try a lobster pizza, and I must say, it was a rather disappointing experience. The combination of lobster (stingy) and pizza just didn't work for us. The lobster meat was overcooked and lacking Overall, the lobster pizza was cooked well and the crust was OK really however it left us feeling underwhelmed and wishing I had chosen a different option. We also ordered the mixed green salad and this is what we got minus any dressing I mean, you could sense of fate faint taste of dressing but that was it. It was ridiculous. When we asked for a extra paper plate so we could share the salad. They looked at us sideways, but reluctantly gave in. They brought the pizza to our table minus any extra plates to enjoy it on like we’re supposed to to share putting our pizza after a bite back on the tray it came from no no no. We asked for two extra plates. They brought one this place was cheap cheap cheap on everything. Once you ordered your food and paid you were on your own they didn’t care. Did we enjoy the lobster pizza? Yes, it was OK. We would not order again. It was too salty. I mean way way way too salty. When we got down to the last four slices of lobster pizza we chose to pick the lobster bits off of the slice and put it on the other slice just to have a really decent slice of lobster pizza. Not rushing back to this place if ever.

If you’re looking for a dining experience that transports your taste buds straight to the Mediterranean coast of Egypt, look no further. This Egyptian seafood and lobster restaurant is a culinary treasure! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warmest hospitality and the unmistakable aroma of fresh herbs, garlic, and the sea. Sydia Tagen is the true star here — perfectly grilled, tender, and infused with rich, authentic Egyptian spices. Every bite melts in your mouth, with just the right balance of smoky, savory, and tangy. The seafood platter was a feast for both the eyes and the palate — shrimp, calamari, mussels, and fish, all impeccably cooked and seasoned with a secret blend of spices that can only be described as magic. The sides? Equally divine. The rice was fragrant and fluffy, the tahini sauce was creamy and bold, and the freshly baked baladi bread was perfect for soaking up every last drop of that delicious seafood sauce. To top it all off, the ambiance is cozy and vibrant — a perfect mix of tradition and charm, with Arabic music playing softly in the background and decor that gives a nod to Egypt’s rich coastal culture.

If you're in the mood for fresh seafood with a laid-back atmosphere, The lobster stop is the place to be. Upon entering, you're welcomed by friendly staff and a cozy, casual setting adorned with nautical decor. The menu is diverse, featuring a wide array of seafood options that cater to all tastes. The lobster roll was a standout—filled to the brim with tender, succulent lobster meat, lightly dressed with mayo, and served on a buttery, toasted bun. The lobster pizza was amazing. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a casual meal with friends or family, The Lobster Shop is definitely worth a visit. With its welcoming atmosphere, mouthwatering seafood, and it’s an experience you won’t want to miss!
