Not enough checkers, and self check was bogged down, staff was in low energy dim bulb mode. Unfortunately for those of us who remember what it was like to actually experience customer service in the past, lackluster, no work ethic milkers who make 15 dollar an hour minimum wage to text throughout their shift, plague customer service these days.
