1 minute read. Like I’ve told you before, the only people UNFAMILIAR with @IN&OUT are the newly arrived from foreign lands. Everyone else you may approach with the question, “Can you tell me anything about IN & OUT BURGERS”, will know. But let’s not leave anyone (in suspense) that has no idea of what is an IN&OUT. A. It’s a well-grilled, delicious, moist, hot Beef Patty Cheese optional B. The Bun isn’t HUGE but it is tender, nice a grilled WARM C. Fresh crisp Lettuce, Neatly sliced Onions/Pickles/Tomato Optional D. A very tasty, but secret Mayonnaise-based-Sauce Optional E. All of this is tightly- YES, TIGHTLY wrapped in two sheets of Food-wrap.🍔 And the best thing is: unless you ignore your number when it’s called out ~ “NUMBER 99, NUMBER 99 YOUR IRDER IS READY”, your order is HOT, JUICY and … (get this) … Professionally & meticulously covered while you come to pick it up. (I’m passed my ‘1 minute’ read time) And to make this review as short as possible, let me (quickly) tell you about the FRENCH FRIES🍟 They only use the Best Russet 🥔potatoes. 👉🏽FRESH👈🏽 The TATERS are thoroughly scrubbed in running 💦H2O💧then, put through a manual PS (potato slicer). IN&OUT has so many customers waiting for their orders that those freshly sliced potatoes HAVE NO TIME to sit there, waiting to be fried. As soon as the Potatoes are sliced, they’re handed to the Associate assigned to the Deep Fryer. ALL IN&OUTS Burgers are madeEXACTLY as I described here, doesn’t matter if you’re in UPLAND, San Bernardino, Calexico, San Diego, Camarillo (you catch my drift) or even Panorama City. And there it is! BTW, all IN&OUTS offer free parking (for♿️2) but each IN&OUT LOT WILL DIFFER. Have any questions? For the answer, visiting your nearest IN&OUT may...
Read moreBy far one of the worst locations. It's almost guaranteed consistent that they will not honor a very simple request, fries light well. Regular fries are too cold and soggy, well done would be too crunchy. I've even had the fry cook guy almost yell at me before when I had to complain that I wasn't given proper fries. I didn't make a big deal, just mentioned my order wasn't done right. And then passed on the problem to the source directly who acted offended by it
About a week ago on my last visit, I was given regular cold fries. Didn't even attempt my request. I can tell when they at least try, sometimes they'll try to fake it. They might actually honor my request 2 out of 5 times. I've emailed customer service about it a handful of times, to the point where I don't accept their freebies anymore. If I wanted freebies, id go stand by the freeway offramp. What I'd REALLY like is for my order to be freaking made correctly. And the blonde female employee who handed me my food wouldn't even look me in the eye even after I said thank you and nothing else. No other interaction before. Blows my mind I could never get a job at one of these restaurants when I was a teenager and yet they hire the most obnoxious people.
Another recent review mentioned a problem with a flying Dutchman which seemed accurate. Ordered one for the first time and i probably got only 3 little rings of onion on my burger patty. Literally pathetic.
Most locations are fine, only this one has so many issues. Goto the vineyard/Foothill location for real...
Read moreI have always praised how in and out is the only fast food chain that has always stayed reasonably priced and for the most part do not make mistakes. Well, not only have the prices increased (still reasonable), but my burger was exact opposite of what I ordered. I ordered a #3 well done with raw onions, pickles and spread. I received a #3 with lettuce and tomato, bcz I could see it. I told the guy what I ordered. He asked if I wanted him to fix it but I am thinking, I can take the lettuce and tomato off, so I just asked for pickels. When I reached home (N of 24th and W of Euclid) the lettuce was welted, the tomato mush (this is why I don't get them in the first place), no onions and of course it was not welldone. My dog was thankful for the patty. So what do I do? Drive all the way back to have them remake my order? Then what good is it when the fries are cold. Or, not say anything and feel lucky I got what I got? Here's the thing, if no one complains then nothing will ever improve. If the customer pays for something they should expect it to be the way they ordered it. I do not like to complain and I am aware that mistakes happen, however, there is no reason for this to happen.. There is no solution, it is what it is. It is ashame that fast food employees are making more than some people with degrees and not have to pay attention to the details.
I am just...
