Best customer service ever!!! Seen them on the side of Foothill Blvd and pulled over on a whim. When I say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement I mean that’s the understatement of the year. I was absolutely elated when I walked into Xtreme Auto Sound. I’ve went to over twenty different sound and audio shops in San Bernardino County for a radio kit for my 2011 Toyota RAV4 without success within 5 minutes of entering this business (which was super busy at the time) I was presented with my long awaited radio kit. The price was excellent for the quality. When I got to the parking lot I opened my kit and with out reading any directions (rookie mistake) I decided I had bought the wrong part. When I went in the employee that helped me find my kit let me know it was indeed the part I needed it just required tools (to which I did not have) without me even telling him I didn’t have the tools he offered to do it for me (without any additional charge) and now my radio is looking magnificent the radio kit matches my stock interiors perfectly and was a perfect fit super easy to install easy to understand directions (lol). All in all the best experience I’ve had by far whether your dropping $10 or $2,000 this establishment treats you like their number one priority throughout the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend any one with any type of car audio to visit this shop whether you’re a beginner or a pro or just want a beautiful setup done by a professional this is the spot for you. I noticed on my way out they’re a licensed Viper security system/remote start installer I personally have the Viper security system and can attest to it being one of the best aftermarket security systems out there. They also have a huge selection (conpared to any other audio shop) of accessories including back up cameras, sub boxes, amps, amp kits, subs, speakers, and even car TV sets. I was really happy with the installation of the stereo system and sub for my Chevy Silverado. Salesman was very kind.

Unfortunately after getting my vehicle back I realized that after getting my truck back, I got pulled over from a cop saying that none of the lights from the driver side are working, No break lights, blinker, headlight operated. I also was unable to use the driver side Window panel to roll up/down my windows, and when I try to put my truck in park or drive, none of my locks automatically operated. Lastly with the new full screen touch display Date/Time, resets every time I turn the truck off.

So I had to take it down to my mechanic and pay to get all of this fixed

It’s been a couple years. I had gone to LA Audio for a subwoofer. They charged me for a name brand but I got something cheap and misleading. The subwoofers kept blowing out. So I finally went to Xtreme Audio. “Chris” is the man! He set me up with a 15” Kicker short throw, for my pickup. Huge sound, great bass, and it wasn’t nearly that expensive. I thought that I had already posted a review, for these guys shop. I have sent friends there, to hear their approval. Nice parking lot, nice building, the staff are super nice.
