My daughter was out of town visiting family for the summer and her wire became loose and was poking her in her cheek and causing pain.

I called one place and due to the fact that “she wasn’t a patient”, they claimed they couldn’t take her all while claiming to have emergency services lol so only emergency are deemed patient based huh smh.then switched it up and said none of the providers or assistants were in ….then why are yall open (Ortho of Montclair)

However out of frustration, I found this office and not only were they pleasant and willing to help but that also didn’t charge me. I told them she has insurance and they said that’s fine it’s no big deal we will take care of her.

I called my mom and asked her how it went she said they were super nice and super fast and the office was beautiful that she even inquired about receiving services. She said as soon as they walked in they took her back and brought her out in 5 min.

This office is Amazing. Not only is there a positive vibe as soon as you walk in but the employees at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The office is decorated really neat, I loved the theme. Another thing I loved is you are seen right away and do not have to wait for long periods of time like you do at other offices. Dr. Stockdale is friendly and informative. He really seems to care about the patient and the treatment they need. I went in for a consult and Lacy is the one that assisted the Dr. She explains the treatment and answers any questions you may have thoroughly. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the treatments. The girls in the back are great too. I have no complaints about anything and I am so excited to start my treatment for a straighter smile.
