DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously. They have awful customer service and will steal your money when you cannot even use their services. Shortly after I moved here and got a membership my car was rear ended and due to a continued parts shortage the duration of pairs is extended. I've been in a rental for almost a month and I swung by when my rental was super duty. I was told I couldn't use the wash nor could I pause my membership. So I said just cancel. They have now charged me for TWO MONTHS! I tried to contact customer service and they didn't even read the inquiry I sent them telling me I could "Continue to use the wash" and will not be charged any further. Seriously? Your own policy prevents me from using the wash and you still think it is right to charge someone? I was paying for the highest premium tier because I like keeping my car clean.
Seriously. Just don't go here. It doesn't even get your car that clean anyway.
Update:
As you can see from the response they continue to blame me, even though I went to the location and asked questions. Be advised, they do not hold their employees accountable for their knowledge but hold us, the customer, and only us accountable. I even recognize that it's tied to a license plate, which is why I asked to pause. I was not told to contact customer service. In fact, the man told me that my card had been declined anyway which I thought was strange and said "so you're probably already cancelled". Any company that doesn't see when a customer signed up for your product then later doesn't even read between the lines of "he was new to town and rear ended" and can't cut you a break. Yeah. You should should seriously consider giving them...
Read moreQuick Quack Car Wash is pretty dang good. I will still leave this at 5 stars (what it was for the previous business) but with a twist.
The staff is still friendly and capable. But there are fewer of them and the detailing part of the business is gone - no more extra cost waxes or detailing services. You pay your money and get your automated wash (and wax if you pay for the higher levels). The rest is all strictly self-service - vacuums, drying bays, etc..
Sometimes some folks are a bit blind (probably on purpose) and when it's crowded, they seem to take their time with the vacuum and drying spaces. So there are times you have to wait - wait - wait for somebody to get done and leave, by which time you've either gotten out of your car and dried it off or it's all spotty as the leftover water has dripped and dried. Ah well.
I'll still keep going and using this location.
Oh, and for the corporate owners - I keep getting offers for new customers for special monthly deals, free this or that, but what about having offers for those of us that have had monthly accounts since day one? When do we get free offers (a free month after maybe 18 months, free detailing kits, something...)...? Instead the monthly rate goes up and we get nothing. Not fair!
(review of previous space) Another "name says it all" place...!
Exterior only starts at 5 bucks...! Full service interior and exterior from 15 bucks..!
FREE VACUUMS!!!
Couteous staff and they do a great job...! Hand wax and full details abailable....!
And check out there monthly pass! As many washes pee month [up to one per day] for a fixed monthly cost starting at 20 bucks!
They are quick n clean ......
Read moreA few months ago Quick Quack was having a membership signup promotion. The staff was friendly and very responsive then. I had just purchased a new auto and was sold on their membership due to the exceptional service I received. Fast forward a month after, and everything changed. The service declined, machines not working properly, vaccums without power suction, and unfriendly/distracted staff.
I am not sure what happened, but I can only say that I will not be using Quick Quack anymore. To add insult to injury, when I tried to cancel my membership online, I was not able to proceed without initiating a chat or calling them (always be wary of businessess that will make super easy for you to sign up, but extra dificult to cancel). I finally spoke with someone on the phone who made no efforts to alivate my concerns and actually exarcebated them, asserting, for example, that the need phone-in a cancelation rather than simply being able to manage it online as one can with so many other subscriptions "will never change," without offering any explanation as to why.
Note to Quick Quack leadership: Smiley faces and short term discounts during promotional season are no substitute for consitent quality service. Get your act toguether if you want to retain customers for...
