Gorgeous AND delicious - Cannoli Cake by Yamir Perez! My future daughter-in-laws favorite dessert is a cannoli, so when it was time for her bridal shower, I knew the creative dessert genius to come up with a cannoli cake for the shower guests was non other than Yamir Perez from "Cake and Cakes"! Decorated with candied orange slices and orange blossoms from his garden, garnished with toasted pistachios at the edges and filled with chocolate chip ricotta cheese, this yummy cake was a WOW and a crowd pleaser! As you can see, the size was BIG and it was so fun to send home left-overs with the ladies to enjoy the next day. Yamir was so easy to communicate with for all of the arrangements. I ordered two carrot cakes from Yamir at Cakes on Cakes for a friend’s bachelorette party. One regular and one gluten free. They were both stunning and delicious! I couldn’t even tell the gluten free cake was gluten free, it was the best gluten free cake I’ve ever consumed. There were nine of us at the bachelorette party and we had extra cake for two days.
