A nice park for a stroll, jog, or even if you just wanna chill and have a picnic with your friends and family. The toilet is filthy but that's to be expected of a public park because they're never clean. There are two parking lots for you to use. It can get pretty crowded on Friday evenings and the weekends so be mindful of that and plan accordingly as people tend to have birthday parties and picnics on Saturdays and Sundays and parking will be an issue unless you don't mind parking by the curb along the street. There's even a playground for the kiddies so your lil ones won't be bored. All in all, a great place to be at if you wanna destress...

Small but open spaces. I see a lot of city park guys throughout the week to keep it nicely maintained at all times. You see regulars walking their dogs in the mornings and evenings from the neighborhood and surrounding apartment complex. Nice walkway all around the perimeter. Bathrooms. Picnic tables and grills. Children's playground is small but in a nicely monitored area. Benches and grassy steps around to watch local soccer leagues of all ages play. Peaceful in the morning. Be careful, I saw 2 coyotes early in the morning a couple of...

Great park, lots of grassy area and a shaded playground area with a smaller kid play structure that my toddler enjoys and a bigger kid one as well. There is a toddler sized ‘house’ area and steering wheel toy that is only really reachable by kids who are about 3 feet tall and up. A spinning structure that many kids can ride on if someone spins it, and a small single kid spinning toy. It only has a few benches so you may not be able to get one if it is crowded. It has wood chips on the ground and is generally clean and...

Brookside Park is a great family park to walk around on its cement path that rounds the perimeter of the entire park. There are numerous benches and trash cans for your convenience, as well as restrooms 🚻. There are also a few barbecue pits in the front area of the park on the west and east sides. There is a big playground that has canopy coverage and a huge grass area perfect for picnics and dogs. One last thing to note is that their is a soccer field with lights and a seating area.

After visiting half a dozen parks in the area, over several days, Brookside Park was by far the most enjoyable. My two-year old had a blast, and he was excited to immediately make friends and have someone to play with. I felt safe to be there, and I could tell several families were comfortable to be there too. This will definitely be our stop when visiting!

It's a beautiful quite big open space conveniently located between houses, apartment complex and a shopping center. There is a playground, picnic tables, and a huge open field surrounded by a meandering paved sidewalk. The city covered the playground with a tent, which is a plus. But now it looks like city of Redlands need to refill the woodchips.
