I was checking my items out when I noticed my bag of romaine lettuce hearts was opened on the bottom. I let the checkout clerk know, and she said "Okay" and placed it on the next checkout stand behind her. I waited to see if she would ask the young man bagging my groceries to get me a new one, but she read me my total without getting me a new bag. I told her I actually wanted a new bag, and she said, "Oh you actually want it?" and proceeded to scan the one I handed her previously that was opened. I said, "No, I still want one, but a new one that's unopened," and she said, " Oh, well you can go exchange it yourself, if you want. " Since when are you being inconsiderate of the customer and having them get it themselves, not to mention, she should have gotten a new one in the first place, since I never said I didn't want it. I was kind of upset about that. I went to exchange it myself anyway, only to find a few more bags just like it in the fridge it was in. Also, the bag boy was coming back to put my original opened bag of lettuce back in the fridge in the produce area. I told him there were more in there, and all he said was thank you for notifying me. I just was very unhappy with the customer service, and not meeting my expectations. I probably won't be returning to this Stater's. It's not even in my area, as it was just convenient for me...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy experience that I had was very upsetting. I went in today for a few things. The cashier and the beggar were speaking about the incident that happened at Lomalinda university medical center, and the cashier stated that statistically that people without an education are without a Diploma. Are the most likely to do something like that? I got very angry and told her. I do not have a high school Diploma, nor I grew up to have an education and I would never ever do anything like that or call a prank. And she argued and said, well, I'm just saying she should be more sensitive. Maybe because she's young, she had black glasses. She had a ponytail and she was very young and so was the beggar, I will never go into that stater brothers again. She's basically saying people that don't have a Diploma would basically do something like that. I think that they should be trained to not speak. Out loud about sensitive situations.I hope it is taken care of. And I see the owner did not get back to anyone that had bad reviews. So i know I probably won't get a response back from the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was at my home store Saturday night, doing my regular shopping like always but when I had went to the register I had asked if I had any digital coupons the girl ringing me up was new and didnāt know how to see if I did have any so she called someone over and asked the lady that came was a floor manager named Aleah. She was going through my cart with $150 worth of groceries very very aggressively she was extremely rude and disrespectful and out of nowhere started yelling about how I donāt have any digital coupons and that I have to check that on my own. Me going to this store almost everyday Iām aware that I can ask that at the front she started screaming at me and told me to leave the store I feel very offended this is extremely rude and I costumer should be treated this way. But Iām very grateful that the other store manger summer helped me with the situation in a clam sweet manner. As a manger she needs to be more mature and preffasional about how she talks to her costumers and if sheās unable to do that then she shouldnāt be working there in the...
