I can't say enough about how great this restaurant is! As you can see from my pictures, the wife and I have tried a lot of different rolls, and every one of them has been phenomenal! Each time we try a new one I say this is my new favorite, but honestly I can't pick a favorite because they're all so delicious, beautifully made, and the fish is so fresh that it just about melts in your mouth. If you like a little heat, the Jessica Roll is perfect. If you like more heat, the spicy tuna rolls (they have several rolls with spicy tuna in them) packs a bit of a punch without the spice level overwhelming the flavor. The family that owns and operates the restaurant are incredibly nice. I didn't ask her name, but the owner stopped by our table to see how everything was and she ended up talking with us for a bit and even boxed up the rolls we couldn't finish for us at the table. There's not a lot of places where you get a lovely conversation with the owner and such impeccable service like that! She told us her sons are all the waiters and one of them makes the sushi rolls, so even if she isn't there you know you're going to get consistent rolls and excellent service! I mentioned that she boxed up what we couldn't finish. We like to order a large number of rolls when we have sushi and take what we don't finish home to have for lunch the next day. Typically the rice will dry out, but the sushi here stays so fresh by the next day that it tastes like it was just made minutes before! The prices are incredible for the amount of food you get. We ordered ten rolls, goyza, egg rolls, and two beers at our last visit and the bill was under $150. You can't find this quality of sushi for that price anywhere else! The last thing that I think is worthwhile to mention is that the waiter and the owner were both very cool about us ordering so much. We're both smaller people and clearly not able to eat everything in one go, and we've had the wait staff at other sushi places comment negatively about the size of our order (we do not ever get all you can eat sushi, we only order individual rolls). When we placed our order here my wife joked to not judge us because we ordered so much but both the waiter and owner where very happy that we loved the food so much to place such a large order and the owner was clearly so proud that her sons talent was so appreciated by our tastebuds! Do your own mouth a favor and support a local business, I promise you'll leave happy and full!

I have always seen this place in passing. Decided to stop in and check it out. I walked in and sadly they are not doing inside dining. They've closed inside dining since the beginning of the pandemic. I was told they will be opening dining in very soon. I love to sit and eat and experience the environment. I decided, ok Let's not let this stop me from trying some great food. As I looked over the menu they only had 1 roll that was riceless. It's called crispy sushi burrito. Its crab, spicy crab and jalapeno wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried. I've only tasted a deep fried roll once, and I didn't like it. So there wasnt any other rolls I was intrested in trying. I'm a bit disappointed they didn't have much of a variety of riceless rolls. I loved the environment. It was clean, with low dimed lighting, light music in the back with a full stocked cooler with varieties of adult beverages. I ended up ordering the spicy garlic edemanme. It took less than 8 mins for my "to go order" to be ready. It was less than 7 bucks for this appetizer. Not the cheapest appetizer I've ordered. I got to my car to try it my spicy garlic edemanme... Not very good at all. Not enough heat, couldnt taste the garlic. I don't like writing reviews like this but I'm not planning on coming back here even if the dining opens back up. They have a deal that I don't see at many sushi spots, all of there rolls are 50% off everyday! So if you like rolls with rice this might be a place to swing in and try. It's not that it's a horrible place, it just doesnt accommodate my particular needs.

From the outside, it doesn't look like much. But the sushi.... QUALITY! I'm a big tuna lover and the tuna was fresh with beautiful color and taste. The double tuna roll is my go-to roll and I was so happy to see it on the menu. They have LOTS of sushi roll options and appetizers. Miso soup was wonderful, typically its over salted at other restraunts, not here. Atmosphere on the inside is casual and well spaced out, not crammed at all. Prices were fair, and right now they have half off prices which was a slam dunk deal. Dine-in open. Very satisfied with my experience and Angelica the waitress was spot on with her service. An empty plate wasn't on the table longer than a minute, my cup always full. I WILL be back again, surely one of my fav Redlands Sushi spots as of today!

Tucked away in cozy Redlands is a gem of a sushi restaurant that I recently had the pleasure of dining at after almost 10 years since the last time I went (I only recently started enjoying raw fish). If you're looking for delicious food and genuine hospitality, look no further than Super Sushi.

Disclaimer: the five-star review was made entirely on the food and the hospitality/customer service; this is not the high-end kind of sushi experience in case you were wondering.

First and foremost though, this is friendliest and kindest staff that I have experienced at a restaurant. Everyone that helped us treated us with a smile and were very attentive to all of our needs. The food, secondly, was both delicious and budget-friendly - about $60 for six rolls before tax, which is incredible in these times. The menu is mainly focused on rolls/nigiri, which was not ultra expansive but at the same time had everything for what you could be craving (assuming you're looking for rolls/nigiri). This is the first review that I've ever written for a restaurant and my experience there was too good not to write a review for - I truly hope this restaurant thrives and gets the recognition that...
