Dollar Tree — Attraction in Revere

This is my local Dollar tree. As a teacher, I frequent it. I have never had such a rude and unprofessional experience as I had today. Usually staff is polite and helpful. I am patient even when there are long lines. Today I had a cart full of things for my students. I approached a register and I heard the cashier saying things that made me uncomfortable. He was joking about getting deported. I decided I did not want to go to his register. I went to the second register and there was a very young man checking out a woman in front of me. He left the register to come over to tell me that the other register was open. I said no thank you. He continued to be extremely unprofessional asking me why I would want to wait and it makes no sense. I again said no thank you. I’m all set. Instead of letting it go, he continued to talk about me and suck his teeth and be very rude in front of the other customer. Then the cashier that made me uncomfortable was saying oh I guess she doesn’t like me ha ha. I was trying to let it go. But they would not stop talking about me as I stood there. The customer in front of me turned and said that he had good intentions at first and his attitude was because everyone was shocked that I chose to wait. I disagree. He came at me rudely from the get-go and left her standing there instead of continuing to scan to try to get me to take my cart full of things to the other man. I have never walked out of a store and left a cart full of items. I needed those items and I wanted them, but there was no way that I will ever take that kind of disrespect. I am nothing but polite and kind. Every time I go into the stores because I know how hard the job is. But that young man and the other man should be fired no matter how low staff they are at the least they should be spoken to about how to interact with customers. that was my favorite dollar tree, but I will...

I go to the dollar tree on 31Furlong Drive most of the time and I no longer go to this Dollar tree Skip this Dollar tree you cannot find items you’re looking for and when you ask for help and Assistance, some of the store managers are very mean and unpleasant and disrespectful. I get a bad experience every time in the past I’ve had very good experience with the Dollar tree location now is just very nasty attitudes And you cannot find what you’re looking for the store is messy And has a bad odor And not a very good shopping experience at that location and I have talked to other customers and said they have a bad experience as well At this location They told you to come back on Friday and everything will be on the shows you go back on Friday. You still can’t find what you’re looking for. I don’t recommend this location. There are better Dollar tree that treat you with respect and dignity and a very friendly. I like the Dollar tree in The Lynnway It is so much better you can find items that you’re looking for in and customer service is very pleasant and the people are very nice and courteous and they go above and beyond to help you to find items you’re looking for they even go in the back to see if they have an item you’re looking for I had a wonderful experience going there and I will be going there for now on I have a wonderful and blessed holidays everyone PS I definitely recommend this Dollar...

I visit this Dollar Tree at least three times a month and I always see a new face at the register, not only is the person not friendly but they are very rude(examples) I had one throw my change on the counter, and one say morning how are you today? To everyone in line but when he got to me nothing although I spoke to him. Yesterday when my 16 year old daughter was in line I went to put the cart back when I came up to her in line she looked upset so I asked what happened and she said she asked the cashier if she could double the bag and instead of saying we are short on bags she yelled I'm not going to run out of bags and use garbage bags for the rest of the day. Everyone in this store is rude. Except for the lady with the red hair, she is always friendly to everyone.. And I will be reporting this to the better buiness bureau...There is a lot more that happen but I won't go into it. And I rufuse to stop going because of...
