I recently boarded my two Frenchies—one adult and one puppy—for a two-night stay at Valley Pet Hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! This was my first time ever boarding my pups, so I was naturally nervous, but from the moment I walked in, the staff put me at ease.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even gave me a full tour of the facility, showing me exactly where my pups would be staying and playing. It made such a difference to see how clean, organized, and well-run everything was.

One of my favorite features was their app—they send report cards, updates, and the cutest pictures of your pets throughout the day. It was so reassuring to see my dogs happy and being well taken care of.

They also offer great add-ons like treats, pup cups, and grooming. I opted to have both of my dogs groomed before I picked them up, and they looked (and smelled!) amazing.

I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. My pups were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. I’ll definitely be using Valley Pet Hotel again the next time I need boarding....

I want to start off by saying this facility is fantastic and very clean. I also enjoyed coming in and seeing my dog play inside the doggy area. They always have a bunch of dogs out and it’s nice to see everyone socializing . Daniel helped me out and was fantastic and very friendly. He was willing to answer any questions/concerns I had! I love to talk a lot and didn’t feel rushed to leave when speaking to him. I also want to thank all the ladies who also helped care for my baby. I’m always nervous but the report cards and photos are my favorite thing about this place. The place also has a hospital which is open 6 days a week. My baby is older so I’m always worried about leaving them anywhere but thankfully they have a section in that agreement that if anything happens to them, they’ll be seen over there, “with permission of course”. Thankfully my baby did fabulous! Overall I’m very thankful for the staff and Daniel of the valley pet hotel. You guys truly have a passion for what you do. I will definitely be recommending all my...
