Sunrise Health Foods - Flossmoor — Attraction in Rich Township

Upon the first time shopping here I asked one of the cashiers a basic question. She had no idea what product I was asking about nor did she even try to help, and instead shrugged her shoulders and just stood there looking indifferent. I waited for a second more to see if she was going to get someone to help me, but instead she just looked down at her phone and ignored me which was even more surprising. Instead, I went and found someone who looked like they could help me. They actually knew what I was talking about and they helped me out tremendously. He was very knowledgeable and spoke from personal experience about the products in question. Everyone employed here should not only be properly trained in giving great customer service but should also have a general knowledge of what products you carry and where they are- especially this type of store. On the upside, I am happy to note that everyone else working besides that one person was amazing and attentive. A great array of products were offered and I noticed a fresh produce section, fresh baked goods, as well as a juice bar... One last thing, I was hoping to see "OMG! It's Gluten Free" brand bread in the freezer aisle, but this store doesn't carry it. It is really delicious,and is from Frankfort, IL so please consider carrying it on your shelves. The customer service here has gone downhill since you hired all of these young people. I walked back & forth between the supplements trying to find a certain one for at least 15-20 minutes. The only employee that spoke to me was the young lady who asked me to excuse her so she could get past me. The service has been this way for the last year or two. I need to see if the service at the Country Club Hills store is better... Edit...the Country Club Hills store is much better! The store is larger & the staff seem like they are glad you're there. All of these recent 5☆ rates for this store have got to be the employees & their families trying to make things...

The store was amazing but the customer service is so cold and unwelcoming. They don't greet you coming in and just keep staring. When it was time to checkout I spoke to the lady nothing back then at the end she gets snarky and talks at me regarding the hand basket. I have never seen a store put the hand baskets outside but my hands were full and she nor anyone else didn't offer to swap the basket out for a cart for me to put back. I will try another location but this one I didn't feel welcome or...
