Zahra’s Playland — Attraction in Rich Township

I recently hosted a birthday party for my 4-year-old son at Zahra's Playland, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome.

The play area is fantastic—bright, clean, and filled with engaging activities that kept all the kids entertained. My son and his friends had a blast exploring and playing, and even the parents enjoyed themselves! The party room came with tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, and the adorable touches, like the Photo Booth and Royal chair, made it special for the birthday celebration.

The staff helped us with the setup and made the process seamless, allowing us to enjoy the party without any stress. Many of our guests were impressed and excited to learn about Zahra’s Playland, promising to return for more fun in the future.

They blocked me because I left a negative review on Facebook so I’m reposting it here - simply because it’s the review I wish I’d read before booking. I rented a room for my sons 2nd birthday party and the Playland itself was a blast for him, there was plenty to keep him busy HOWEVER I'll never recommend this place and will never give them another dime of my money because the owner was so incredibly rude. Dominique was VERY rude to my guests, she wouldn't even shake my hand to greet me, and only spoke to me to tell me my entire party had to vacate the facility because a private party was coming in after. No "thank you for your business, did you guys get everything you needed..." The entire staff was so disappointing from the beginning of our experience. If you want to have a great birthday party for your child with warm and accommodating staff? This isn't the place. Spend your money somewhere they will actually appreciate...

Terrible experience .Looking at the reviews and the few pictures that was posted, I thought it would be a great place for me to take my 5 and 12-year-old to have a new experience. Not the case. The place is extremely too small. It was overcrowded they too bathrooms that they have was not working. There is absolutely nothing here for a 12-year-old to do to enjoy themselves. This place should only be for toddlers up to 7 years old. They made me pay $10 each adult. I don't know why there is nothing to do for adults. $12 each kid which I was okay with. I thought $12 was reasonable but my 12-year-old was not able to enjoy herself everything is for small children only. There are no food or drinks that you can purchase and they don't allow outside food in. I will not be revisiting this place.
