We have frequented Bike Mart. We're always received with smiles and immediate assistance. My husband said the lines were long at his first purchase. I haven't experienced that yet. They took the time to allow me to test several bikes and quickly repaired hubby's handle bars and breaks. Hubby's bike dropped but was hanging on by the wheels while driving to trail ride on the back of the SUV. Fortunately only the handle bars suffered damage.
