When I first rated this location I gave 5 stars because the service and food was great. Now I've had to move it to 2 start based off the last 2 times I've ordered here.

The last 2 times I've walked into this location it has been slow, maybe 2 tables were seated.

The last time I was there my order was incorrect and I had to drive back for it to be corrected.

This last time (10.01.21) I ignored while one young man stared at the order box, and the young lady sat there and giggled and laughs with a patron instead of saying I'll be with you in a moment. They had one table with patrons. Customer Service should be much better. Once I got home, I realized that they didn't put mmy husbands spring roll in with his order and the cook thought it was a great idea to give me visible burnt food.

When I called in to inform them of the mistake the young lady I was speaking to handed the phone to someone else, didn't even let me know I would be speaking to someone new. The gentleman got on the phone, informed me that he wasn't sure either why I was given burnt food and that he was just coming in today so wasn't aware of the issue.

My problem is no apology for the mistake, him just getting in isn't a customers concern. Instead of refunding the vegetable cutlet as I asked they remade it. It was greasy and nasty. Any other time I would of re-asked for the refund but after getting my last covid vaccine I was tired.

When I got back to the restaurant and explained the issue they looked at me like the food wasn't theirs. I told them it was burnt and he said are you sure it's burnt. There is a picture below to confirm it. Again another opportunity to apologize for the inconvenience of me having to come back to pickup the rest of our order and for the item being burnt. Instead of an attitude, as if their conversation was more important.

I'm disgusted with restaurants that forget that no customers means no livelihood for them. Treat your customers like you care about them and don't give them attitudes when...

Quite literally the worst “Indian” restaurant I have ever been to and not a single good experience. I used to live in Austin and I guess the restaurants there have a different ownership with much better values. The first time I went, the food was soggy and had salad instead of the basmati rice I requested. I called and asked about it and was told that the food was inspected by the chef and him prior to putting it out which is a blatant lie because you can see them putting it together and he didn’t even offer to replace the meal, instead, opting to “re-examine”. Second time, food was undercooked. Third time, the food was undercooked (especially the rice and chicken) and was missing the tikka sauce to go with the rice. Every single time, I was told that nothing could be done or that they were sorry and would offer extra tikka sauce next time I came in (what good does that do for me?). Quite literally one of the worst ownerships I have had to deal with completely different values than the Austin chains. Don’t waste your money with this subpar service and food and instead opt to dine at the many different Indian restaurants found around this area that actually care about good service and food and put the...

i got a text from masala wok advertising their ‘tikka tuesday’, which comes with any protein tikka masala, naan and/or rice, and a drink for $10. i decided to take advantage of the deal. i order the chicken tikka masala, spice level extra hot, with rice + garlic naan, and a canned sprite for the drink. when i picked up my order, the (COLD) sprite was sitting on top of my (HOT) garlic naan. so it was cold in the center once opening the bag of food. that was really stupid to me. any restaurant i go to never puts a cold item on top of a piping hot item. that was really unprofessional to me. who wants naan that’s cold on the center? now regarding the actual tikka masala, the quality was awful. there was about 6 pieces of cubed chicken i could pick out of it, the rest just being sauce and rice (pictured). also, the sauce wasn’t hot AT ALL. it was actually kind of sweet and mild. very off putting and non-traditional. i ordered the hottest spice level.. i don’t understand how they could really put 0 spice in the dish? this wasn’t an appetizing lunch at all. i will not be returning to this location. feels like a waste of money and also like the staff has a lack of common food and...

Im so sad - I saw amazing reviews about this place and ordered take out and was EXTREMELY disappointed. One entree was completely left out (see photo of where they crossed it off the receipt and still charged me), one entree was HALF FULL, and the other was the left overs for the day. We received NO naan (we had x4 order of original and x2 order of garlic naan). Now, I placed my order at 8:45pm where they listed they take orders until 9:30pm. When the food was delivered, I called the location and their response was “well, it was the end of the day” - I’m not normally one to leave a bad review like this but how the staff handled the situation was really what drove it home for me. If you don’t want to stay open later to make QUALITY food, then close early, no biggie. Anyways, sad time for my family’s tummy tonight.

Im so sad - I saw amazing reviews about this place and ordered take out and was EXTREMELY disappointed.
