I have been enjoying coming for years to this location, Unfortunately on Friday October 27th at around 7 pm I went in to grab my usual. I go to the cashier and the card reader starts acting up, not biggie, cashier on duty transfers me to another terminal and I decided to pull another CC and paid thinking my chip reader is acting up. After waiting for my dinner I decided to check my bank account and saw that the first card did actually went through. I went ask to the cashier to double check for me I thought I was being charged twice and explain that I ran 2 different cards . He objected and rotundly said that he only had one transaction for CC xxx and I tried to explain him that my app withdrawn and his card saved were 2 different transactions that please check I thought I was being charged twice . Being In the food industry myself I know mistakes happen so I just wanted to him to double check and if so, just fix it not a big deal for me he once again shuts me off not giving me a chance to explain he said wait and come tomorrow to if see we can pull anything. This is when he asks where is you other CC so I went to pull it out of the card reader where it was still attached. When he physically sees my 2 CC he said “OKAY I VOIDED “ His demeanor was condescending and him not giving me a chance to explain what had happen just leaves a really bad experience for me. I was not offered an apology or anything after all the trouble. There is definitely room for improvement and manager training for this gentleman that obviously does not know how to...

As a small business owner I prefer that if a client had a bad experience, he or she communicate it to me rather than leave a negative review. One shouldn't judge a company by the lack of mistakes, but rather by the willingness of fixing them.

And that's exactly what I did and the manager's response led me to leave a star less than I initially would have. The prices are absurd for the poor quality, small portions and complete lack of service. My email to the manager "Jan" was in a very cordial tone. I told her how the tomatoes were extremely green , the cook couldn't for the life of him grill our skewers to the medium-rare requested (seems like his settings were stuck on well done), the poor quality of the hummus and the general lackluster service. I told her that for that same price ( $70 for 2 adults, the 2 toddlers and one small child barely ate) was more than what I would have paid at a sit down, high quality buffet such as Cedar's or Ali Baba. To my dismay, Jan responded that the fact that I didn't like the hummus (which I identified had no tahini, which is like a milkshake without ice cream ) was just a question of taste (forget the miniscule size of the portion), that they struggle to get ripe tomatoes from vendors (ever hear about WAITING for it to ripen before serving?), telling me that they pay $3 for ONE small gluten free pita and sell it at cost (I can get 5 for $3 at Kroger, I'm not a moron!), and that perhaps a sit down restaurant was a better fit for my family.

Yep, that's why they get one star. Not worth the money or the...

I walked in with my daughter at 8:45. They had already cleaned up. I asked if I could make a to-go order? He said yes. I was placing my order and asked for the steak souvlaki platter. He said they don't have souvlaki, it's a skewer. I'm looking at the word souvalki on the menu. I point to the menu on the wall and politely say that souvlaki is written on the menu. He wants to argue and say there is no souvalki. He actually gets angry. I stop talking to him and pay for our meals. As I'm waiting for my steak and chicken souvalki to finish, they take my to-go container to the back and out of my sight. I watched him make the salad and put the rice in the container. The to-go sauces were also already in there too. Why take my food to the back?? He brings it back to the front. Then the 2nd guy takes it to the back and brings it back up front. What are they doing to my food? I take the souvlaki and leave the rest of the food. I have ordered from here countless times since they opened. I will never go back again. Why would they take my container to back, twice? I recorded the 2 guys who did this. And then he couldn't make eye contact with...

Overpriced mediocre Mediterranean street food. Regardless of the kind of meat you choose; their meats are always too dry. I will never understand the reason they so much arrogance to us Westerners instead of showing gratitude because we give them our business and support. They display a defensive demeanor when asked to omit an item off your plate e.g., no dressing on salad. They talk bad about customers behind their backs. What is it with these Sojourners who own restaurants and live in our United States of America who show no courtesy and understanding to our Westerner’s taste buds who only ask questions because we wish to be informed about what we will consume. If You (restaurant owner) do not wish to answer legitimate questions we customers have about your food ingredients because you are ignorant then, you should list the food value labels for us. Do not forget you need more than just your countrymen(women) to support your business to stay afloat in these United States of our America.

Little Greek is fresh delicious Greek food relatively fast. When you walk in you you go through the line to order one of the many items on the menu. My go to is the Greek chicken pita. It's pita bread stuffed with a grilled chicken breast, feta cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and tzatziki sauce. The Pita is soft and warm, the chicken freshly grilled, and vegetables are fresh and crunchy. On the side I get fries usually which are freshly cooked, crispy, and come with special seasoning added on top. They are making my mouth water just thinking about them! They also have a dessert case with things like rice pudding, cake, and baklava if you fancy sweets. I haven't had a chance to try them yet. They don't serve alcohol, but it is BYOB so you can bring beer or wine to have with your meal. The interior of the restaurant is nice and cozy with pictures of Greece on the wall. Next time you are in the area and have a craving for Greek stop in and try it out

Upon entering you are greeted with a poster that has correct pronunciations of the popular foods they serve. You can see the grill area which is just awesome to see the flames touch the food as it sizzles with goodness. The staff was nice and understanding of my allergies. Now to the flavors and presentation I have never had flavor to burst in my mouth the way the gyros and fries did. I can just imagine what the lamb burger or spinach pie taste like. Can’t wait to visit again.
