Don’t go here EVER! I ordered a Pioneer NEX head unit and a Viper remote start for $1,300 about three weeks from Bruce who was awesome... that’s where it went down hill. The installers were not professional and very MESSY. They spent 5 hours installing both the stereo and remote start and when I came back the back up camera did not work and the fm tuner had a very weak signal. The remote start would start the car, but it turned off after 5 seconds. Also my windshield had a multitude of hand smudge marks and they was wadded up electrical tape and bits and pieces of wiring on the floor and in the cup holders. I had to get to a corporate appointment so they did not have time to fix it. I brought it back the next Saturday and after waiting 4 hours they called me to tell me that they could not fix any of it because tech support was not open on the weekends. WTF?! So now we are 9 hours and 2 trips into this and I know I made a bad decision. Tonight I brought it back for another 4 hours during the week so they had tech support. They called me up to tell me it was done. I walked down from the coffee shop and Bruce told me they could not get the remote start to work so they took it out. Really? They did get the backup camera to work. I hopped in to test the fm radio and they still had not fixed that. And on top of it all the leather curtain that covers the steering wheel column was ripped out and laying down so I could see all the steering hardware. So.... I took a deep breath and walked back in. I asked Bruce if he could kindly hook up the fm stereo and fix the leather curtain covering the steering hardware? So the tech came out and pulled it back in the shop. An hour later Bruce came out to tell me they tried the 3 different fm antenna ports and none of them would work. I asked Bruce to remove the stereo and give me my money back. He apologize profusely and agreed that they could do no more. This was a horrible experience and a complete waste of 14 hours and 3 trips. Do...
Read moreI wanted to upgrade the audio system in my vehicle to add Apple Play. Because of the chip shortage they did not have any units in the shop that would do what I wanted. Once it comes in stock I schedule an appointment. When I drop the vehicle off for an appointment at 10am it still isn't ready by closing time but they wrap it up and ask me to make an additional appointment two days later to finish the install. The reason they wanted the additional days is they couldn't figure out how to make the factory backup camera work. When I get the vehicle back in my garage I find wires all over the floorboard of the vehicle along with the glove box not being put back original setting, the soft close function was not reattached. I also found out that the factory USB ports will not work and that they did not have an option to make it work, but they did offer to install aftermarket USB's at an additional cost of $100. If they are able to do that how can they not tap in to the line that goes to the factory USB's. The other issue is they charged me an additional charge to add Sirius XM, even though I asked for it in the original quote. When I called to check on the status of the install on the second appointment the person that answered the phone was rude when I asked about the status of the install. He even said that he would take the new unit out and put the old one in because of my questions about the cleanliness of the vehicle and the glove box not being put back correctly. Now that everything is installed it doesn't work right. Only two of the speakers have mid/treble range. I won't bring it back to them because of this. I will take it to another service provider to have them fix the issue. I do NOT trust them with my...
Read moreGood luck if you go with Intoxalock first of all and then good luck if you have Mach one install it. I have two vehicles with Intoxalock and both have had to be towed now multiple times because of their products failing or poor installation. Their customer service is very poor brought the car into the little Canada location and never experienced horrible customer service. They blamed everything other then their work and they won’t work with Intoxalock they make you call when their products screw up you have to do all the leg work and I am out hundreds of dollars in tows, time and had to miss work multiple times now and Intoxalock won’t even refund me a dime and working with Mach one has been a major pain I won’t ever recommend anyone who has to go through the Intoxalock experience and use Intoxalock or Mach one to install it
They said the bolt on the battery was too short for connectivity but when the same problem happens on the a different car that was just bought I don’t think it was a product issue. This is the first review I have ever left and don’t believe In them but after my experience with Mach one and Intoxalock I have to warn people please be prepared to spend a lot of money to get things done right and if you read all the reviews one thing is in common their customer service is horrible and same with Intoxalock so if you value that when you need to go back for...
