The elderly white lady with blonde hair and no name tag was very rude and tried to make me not go with the good rx price because she didn't want to redo the paperwork to give me in her words "only 30 dollars off "of a 265 dollar medicine. When your on Medicare 30 dollars is alot of savings for us. She was very rude and kept complaining about there were other people in line.she finally lowered the cost and I paid the other 230. As I was walking away she said to the other lady behind me sorry she held up the line for 30 dollars. I have been going here for years. I can no longer do this. Ever since Albertsons merged with Safeway, they require that I wait an additional 30 minutes for them to give me the correct count and sometimes even the correct prescription item. They say it will be correct the next time, but that is never the case. It's proceeded to the point where they now claim that I need to make sure I tell them the correct prescription amount when calling in for a refill, as if that's the solution to the trouble I'm having. I come here every month same time to get my pain med oxy. First there out for a week but before they tell me that they take a.pink pen and write all over my script. Then she gives it back to me. No other pharmacy will fill bc it's a red flag to have pink pen all over my script. Then I come back in a week the lady says there has been a lot of forgery . Yea what does that have to do with me.
