GameStop — Attraction in Richmond

I do not like how bohili(tall young college dude) handle me when I come in, and he really need more training and also needs to know how the run the store. If I come to that store all the time, and spend lots of money in there, what happen today shouldn’t have never happened. So I went to the store all the way out willow oaks shopping center, and Mr Dan took care of me and didn’t say “I’m not breaking the rules” I told him I’m going to spend the money in GameStop, and he still refused and even tho I’ve been gone from GameStop for a while I’m definitely sure they didn’t change their “If the customer is spending the money back with us it’s not an issue. Walked in today (which is my birthday) and whatever female that was "working" today at 12pm had the absolute worst customer service ever. For starters, we werent even greeted upon entry. Then the employee stood less than a foot next to me to put something on the shelf that I was standing next to and STILL didnt even say hello. Didn't even realize she was an employee initially because she didn't even have a name tag or uniform on. The front of the store had huge opened boxes scattered across it as well. For any of the people still shopping at Gamestop, please reconsider. I went to this one today and the manager tried to trick me into buying a membership for more than she said it was. She misled me by saying the $15 membership charge showing on the checkout charges was wrong and that it was "actually $4 so don't worry about it." After the total price still included the $15, I asked her about it and she ran the items all through the computer again with the same result. I pointed it out, and she pursed her lips, reluctantly removed the membership, and didn't say another word to me (she had been very friendly and enthusiastic until that point). Very...
