Bob was very helpful and spent much time with my husband and I as we picked out a recliner. Then, we came back 2 weeks later, and picked out a bed, a chest of drawers, and an entertainment center. Both times, we had the pleasure of working with Bob. He told us what was good quality, and backed it up with histories of the companies of the items we were considering. The delivery and setup were timely and efficient. What Bob said was good quality, is, indeed, good quality. The furniture is solidly built, and comes with a long-lasting warranty. The experience we had at Palace Furniture was one of expert knowledge on the products. Add to that, a salesman being willing to answer all our questions, and who didn’t rush us. I feel so LUCKY that I shopped here. I originally ordered a mattress from Macy's, but they informed me it would be 8+ days late, so I cancelled that order. My friend recommended Palace Furniture as I could select a mattress same day and get it delivered much quicker than Macy's. I worked with Morena and she was very pleasant, helpful and knows the merchandise well. I am super picky and ended up buying a great high quality mattress with box spring for a good price, very nice headboard for $300 and a super cool coffee table for $199 and LOVE everything. Plus the staff that delivered it put it all together and it was SO EASY and a GREAT EXPERIENCE plus A DEAL!

Nice staff, is only reason for 2 stars. Otherwise, buyer beware, you get what you pay for. If you want cheap furniture that won’t last, this is your spot! After a year the sofa i purchased went flat. all the cushions stuffing basically disappeared. The cushions are attached to the base and do not open so no fixing that. (They brought a floor model i think and it was heavily used as the outside corner seats went flat immediately.)
