Mr. Pizza Man — Restaurant in Richmond

So, here I am on a Wednesday night, hungry. I debated whether or not to even order pizza, being that the other places we had ordered from were not all that great. But I went on the hopes of this particular pizza place based on my hubby's experience from a Mr.Pizza Man from a different location. We placed our order online, ordered a small cheese pizza; a super burrito, and super nachos. It said our order would arrive within 45 min. We then decided to call the actual pizza place to add a 2 liter soda to our order. At first the person who answered (sounded lazy and barely audible) told me I had to call grub hub and order it through them. But I asked why I couldn't just tell him to add the soda to our order, he then sighed and asked for my cc info...all the while I'm asking him to repeat his self and detected a slight attitude of impatience in his voice. Once our food arrived it was completely HORRIBLE! Not only were both the super burrito AND super nachos SALTY AF, but my super nachos were super SOGGY! We couldn't even finish them. The only thing I could say is that our order was right, and the kids seemed to enjoy the cheese pizza. THAT'S IT! GROSSE, LAZY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A WASTE OF $25!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION...

I started ordering from Mr. Pizza Man 20 years ago; in the last several years the quality went from better than "ok" to almost inedible.The prices are never the same. Try and order from flyer menu or check prices on line-the prices are always at least $4.00 more when you call to place an order. Poor quality. You would do better going to Little Ceasar. I have received the wrong order, old pizzas and cold pizzas. Customer service is nonexistent. And they have taken more than 45 minutes more often than not. When asked about the price difference I've been told "Old flyer menu" (no matter how recently recieved via stuck on my door) "The management handles online prices", "I just charge what I'm told". Stay away from this SHADY Place. I had to give one star to be able to post my comment or I would not have given any...

Lazy delivery driver,

I made an order through Grub Hub no problem, But the driver was too lazy to get out of his car and deliver my order to my door... Might I add I'm standing in my door way looking at him, as he is yelling at me to walk to his car.

When I refused to walk to his car, he refuse to complete the delivery... Really great customer service!!!

I later called Mr. Pizza Man to complain about the driver, after waiting 20 minutes on hold I could not speak to a Manager or owner....

I work too hard for my money to get such poor customer services like this... Don't order food from them you will regret it...
