Cubitac was founded on the simple notion that the kitchen is the central family room of any home. Food brings people closer together, and we have built our company on the respect of this great enclave. Owned and operated by a modern panel of designers and woodwork experts with a combined 28 years of kitchen experience, Cubitac offers high-quality imported cabinetry to kitchen dealers, kitchen and bath showrooms, lumber yards and wholesalers. We chose to bring in products from overseas because, dollar for dollar, it allows us to offer better quality and better lead-time for our customers in the United States. American cabinet companies are forced to cut corners to keep profit margins where they want it, and we simply don’t believe in compromise. What we do believe in is creating jobs locally, so we employ an entire team of cabinet builders in our large production facility in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.
Part of the Cubitac code of standards is the promise to source only upper-tier products. Our Exquisite lineup includes manufacturing procedures and hand-finished details that other companies only include in their pricier custom collections. This dedication to excellence has been our calling card since inception, quickly turning our company in the fastest-growing kitchen cabinet importer in the US marketplace.
Every piece of wood we use is selected and inspected by hand. We source high-grade, grain-rich Birchwood from select parts of the tree, and follow a 9-step beautification process that yields a superior look and feel. With construction handled by our local professionals, Cubitac’s end products are of the highest finish, functionality and durability grade.

Beyond our ability to control the sourcing of our woods and the production of our products, we also leverage our buying power to pass savings down to our customers. And that is just one of the many lengths we go to in the pursuit of lower prices without diminished quality. By investing in better machinery, enacting more streamlined processes, and selling our wares by the container, we bring a line of products to the American market that is unmatched in its price-to-quality ratio.
Cubitac invites custom job orders. Although we generally carry enough stock to fulfill large orders on demand, we also offer custom wood options and other particulars for multi-unit jobs. Whatever the job calls for, Cubitac can cook...
Read moreI bought Cubitac cabinetry (Sofia - Sable Glaze) from a vendor for a kitchen remodel/renovation. Installed in the summer of 2019, within 3 months issues began. (no children nor pets so it’s only 2 adults in the household-light usage.)
Face of under-island microwave cabinet began cracking & has gotten progressively worse.
2 door hinges on 2 different lower cabinets have pulled away from the door. So now doors cannot be opened without falling down.
The glass front catty-corner upper cabinet has an unsightly zigzag seam right in the front of the shelf which stares at me every time I look at/open the cabinet.
In Sept 2019 I contacted the vendor who contacted the Cubitac rep who promised to contact me. After a few weeks I contacted the vendor and he contacted the Cubitac rep again…crickets. I even called the Cubitac rep myself out of frustration. He told me to call the vendor and promised to repair/replace cabinets. Vendor never got a response.
Then the pandemic hit - so much for customer service.
Once again I am working with the vendor to try to resolve these issues. I would NEVER recommend these cabinets to anyone. A waste of $10k in my eyes.
UPDATE: I also submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (New Jersey) & the company reached out. On 10/6/21 they sent a rep, Robert, came to examine the cabinetry issues. He promised follow up from Max in Customer Service. After numerous phone calls to Max from me, all with empty promised, it is 2/24/22 and NO ONE has come to fix anything.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOSER COMPANY!!!...
Read moreCabinets came in with a lot of damages, the company dictates hours of operation and will not assist the customer. (10 out of 11 Cabinet cabinets had cosmetic and structural deficiencies) I have alreadyTaking two days off to a combined the delivery and initial adjusters visit times that never happened as the company send the agent to NYC when my house is located in NJ. The company refuses to provide adjuster based on my availability and only dictates their working hours as what fits best for them . Extremely rude customer service. Delivery was done by one individual who was basically dragging the cabinets through the parking lot and was about to leave If no one was home, absolute zero customer service, extremely negative quality of cabinets. Cabinets contain damage from defective, material cracks, and frames. Scratches on the doors screws are poking through the drawers. Based on email correspondence from the company, I was told to install damaged cabinets and corrections will be made post installation. Now the company is refusing to provide that service and replaced all correct mistakes of their own product. Speaking to several people who have done business with them in the past, this is a common theme with...
