Quick Wash — Attraction in River Oaks

When the washers were still a dollar twenty-five I looked and looked for somebody so that I can get my money back because the washer took my money it wouldn't give it back and there was no sign or any sign with lighting or any other way for me to know that washer did not work. So I wrote a note on a napkin because when I looked online it said something about a report. There was also a note on the door about filing a report. Couldn't find a report to fill out. So I wrote a note on a napkin and I put it in the door and nobody ever contacted me. The following week everything went up a quarter. Don't think I'll be using that laundromat anymore. And it's not that I didn't like the place. It's pretty clean. But I don't appreciate being ripped off and then nobody contacted me when I leave you a note so that you can give me my money back for your faulty washing machine. I been coming here for years and never had a problem, until today the ‘owner’ literally scream at me infront of my 2 year old, for a small issue that could’ve been easily resolved nicely and with respect but no the ‘owner’ started screaming and intimidate me infront of everyone to eventually telling me to leave and threaten to call the cops on me and my 2 year old. the ‘owner’ was very pushing into hurrying me up and leave the place and keep in mind i had my 2 year old with me obviously it was going to take a minute to gather all my clothes and leave but she was very rude and inconsiderate. when the customers are literally giving them the business and still treating them like this.

Thought this place was great until I had to run to dollar general which is in the same parking lot! To get more fabric softner and stain remover. Maybe gone an hour came back and one of the ladies that worked there took my clothes out of the washig machine and loaded them into her truck along with my laundry detergent,bleach,dryer sheets,scrub brush.I asked where my items where her response was there not responsible for lost item! Not oh yeah I thought they got left she had no intention of giving my clothes back!
