If I was to give one critique it would be during our cocktail hour we had appetizers, the servers were coming out with only a dozen in the plate. We had 60+ guests and it seemed like our guest were looking around for the appetizers because they weren’t coming out fast enough. It took more time for the servers to walk back to the kitchen than the time they were outside serving. The pasta could have used a little more sauce but I understand the pre cooking process and then keeping it warm for hours, a top off of sauce could have helped. Other than that… I would hire...
