If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!

This place is so underrated! & I am honestly upset I have never ate here before yesterday! This place is so cute, very clean, the staff is very welcoming, u can tell these people know how to run a business & that their staff members actually enjoy what they do. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries & SEVERAL modifications. The kid at the front was training & not once did he get frustrated or aggravated with me for changing so many things on my order. They were pretty busy & my food was delivered to me at the table in about 15 minutes HOT & FRESH. The beer is cold, so cold it had ice floating in it. Which I loved so much I had to order a second one. & I don't usually order more than one beer with dinner so that's saying something right there.

There were three of us & the total was less than 45$. SO CHEAP BUT GOOD!! I hope when u visit this place u tip the staff because they go above & beyond an hourly wage when it comes to their work ethic!! I could honestly go on & on about this place!!

I will definitely be returning here as much as I possibly can!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a place called Grumps, but I can definitely say the burgers, the service, and the margaritas are worth the visit. It’s is a very casual establishment. They serve complementary peanuts and have a bucket on the table for your shells. We had light appetites, and so shared a burger. It was perfectly cooked and had good flavoring. My daughter enjoy a boneless burger and a bowl and loved it! We ordered their spicy fries, which I loved! They were dusted with a nice flavored seasoning. I got a side of ranch dressing, to dip my fries in. It was a homemade ranch. Yum! I don’t usually drink frozen margaritas, but my daughter, and I shared one. That, too, was delicious. It wasn’t too sweet and syrupy tasting and had a nice balance of alcohol. The server was super sweet too. My grandson dropped his grilled cheese sandwich, and my husband offered twice to pay for another one. They simply wouldn’t let him do it. They brought a freshly made one for him. We have dine-in and order take-out since day one of Grumps being in River Oaks, we meant the owner the first week Grumps open and had very nice visit with the owner,""food is awesome"", customer service for the fourth time when we order take out and get it home, they have short us on something we pay for and we did not get it, so enough is enough, it has happen to us for the fourth time, I called Grumps to complain about the shortage again we live 5 minutes away, the lady that answered, I told her our situation, she put me on hold for awhile, she came back on the phone and said that sghe verified that they did short us, I said great, you know you screwed up our order again, this makes the fourth time our order has been short, NOW, you deliver it to our house 5 minutes away, she said no, you can come and get, we won't deliver it to you, even if we screwed your order up, date and time of our order, 07/11/2024 at 5:30ish PM, don't do take out from Grumps, never had such rude service, you may make a mean menu, but your staff will eventually drive your business into the...
