This is easily my favorite dispensary in the KC metro — and one of the few truly independent, locally owned shops still standing.
In a market full of corporate chains, finding a place like this is rare. You can feel the difference the moment you walk in — it’s personal, community-driven, and built with care.
The entire team here — from the friendly, professional security at the door to the knowledgeable, welcoming staff inside — creates an environment where you feel safe, supported, and valued. They take the time to understand what you’re looking for and help guide you to the right products — never just pushing something on you to make a quick sale. The experience is relaxed and never rushed, yet they move efficiently and respect your time — a balance that’s hard to find.
The store itself is thoughtfully laid out with products clearly displayed (no racing through a digital screen), and you can smell many items before buying, which makes the experience that much better. The drive-thru option is also great — convenient and quick without sacrificing service.

Medical patient here with a foot injury just bought proper gas basket and it just crumbled into my pipe and i didnt even put it in my grinder! I have to use a knee scooter all day at work so I was in pain figured i would stop by on my way home. So thank you riverside "wellness" for not rotating your stock and selling your flower to your Medical patients who have active injuries and trying to ease the pain and of course your closed so I can't even call or stop by to fix the issue! Read moreUsed to like going here but seems like they have a new policy everytime I come. I use drive thru as it’s more convenient and previously had an injury. One time I arrived after visiting plenty of times, I waited in a LONG drive thru line just to get to the front and be told they no longer accept cash and I would have to come in. I had to wait over 30 minutes inside the lobby before even being let back to the showroom. The next visit they allowed cash payments. NOW it’s no debit card at the drive thru like at this point I won’t return. The website glitches out CONSTANTLY and pay by bank wasn’t available but yet, that’s what they want you to use.
